Hope Chest is probably one of the nicest thrift stores in the area. They have a lot of furniture, so this is a great place to visit if that’s what you’re looking for. I do agree with another review that it can be a bit pricier than other thrift stores, though they usually have some sort of deal going on. They also have CDs, books, knick-knacks, shoes, and clothing.
My husband and I visited a couple weeks back and at the same time we parked, we noticed a woman parking as well. The Hope Chest truck pulled up and the driver started yelling at her to move her car because needed to park the truck there. He wasn’t even remotely nice about it. Seems like the employees really need a lesson on how to treat others. Even if he’s a volunteer, that’s no way to treat people. I will say the manager (?) is very nice...

Read more8:57am on 5/2/2022 As a frequent visitor to this plaza, I never thought I'd get yelled at by an employee of this thrift store for simply parking my car in an empty, public parking lot at 9am to go into work (in the same plaza.) Please be nice to your neighbors.
Update at 9:20am on 5/2/2022 To diffuse the situation, I moved my car to avoid further confrontation.
One hour later...at 10:40am The employee who was later identified as Doug, was seen circling and taking pictures of my vehicle.
This was 3 minutes after receiving the "We are very sorry" response...
