I want to start off by saying I've been a steady Trulieve patient for 3 years. I've tried many other chains and individuals and nothing ever had the taste, potency or quality for the price. I had 2 totally different people tell me about Jungle Boys in 2 days. One came from downtown Ft Myers. The other from Marco Island. That got me intrigued that these two guys probably pass 10 other dispensaries before getting there so I decided I was going to check it out. Retired from professional driving the 40 +/- (traffic) was a breeze and like going to the gas station. Well I was.... I hit the right ⛽️. I've been very happy with almost every strain I've tried but the Blu Frootz is my 💚. It reminds me of the "crippy" back in 99+. The taste and smell are outstanding and you think it's cute that your finger sticks to your joint? This is what happens when you swing in the Jungle with the Boys. Your bound to hit some sappy trees. Show me what you can do? Fiskers aren't light. That was only separating it from the main stem and just small enough to fit. Swing in and see for yourself what lurks in this jungle. Oh! Crap!!!. I almost forgot (yea, it's that good i almost forgot) One of the coolest things there that impressed me the most and keeps me coming back. They have sample jars that have little magnifying lens and little vent holes so that you can see and smell exactly what you're getting. No more getting home and it smelling...

This was an absolutely terrible experience. The budtender demonstrated a complete lack of knowledge about the products and was incredibly condescending when I inquired about specific strains. Instead of providing helpful information, he dismissively suggested, "Maybe if they gave me samples, I could tell you," which was both unprofessional and unhelpful. He was unable to answer any of my questions about the products, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued.

As a senior, I was hoping to navigate my purchase with guidance to best meet my needs, but instead, I encountered someone who seemed more interested in dismissing my questions than assisting me. I've never dealt with such a young and dismissive individual in my life, and it was an incredibly disappointing experience.

Thankfully, there are other options available, and I will be exploring those instead. I hope the management takes note and improves their staff training to ensure a more respectful and knowledgeable customer experience in the future. Im start off by saying I never leave reviews good or bad but, I went into jungle boys this afternoon and possibly had the worst experience i ever had at a dispo. Tyler come from the back walk up to the counter and says I can help you right here, then just blanks stares at me. So I proceed to ask a question regarding flower and he rude af interrupts me and says "let me just get your card" I said "oh my bad you didn't say anything you just stared at me" which he replied to with "I gotchu"🤯🤯 he paid zero attention when I was ordering, got the wrong flower then tried to blame me. Tyler has horrible customer service and is a horrible representative of the jungle boys brand!!
