I ventured into the Elegant Outdoor Living Bonita Springs showroom upon the advice of a manufacturer I had previously purchased outdoor furniture from. I was in pursuit of replacement cushions.

With a friendly smile and a firm handshake, I met Gio. Our conversation began with my need for the above and a lanai extension project beginning late fall '24. There were careful considerations given to everything discussed. I left knowing I had found my source. Fast forward to Gio's site visit (many months later) among the dust and construction debris, where measurements were taken for planning our outdoor living area. Within a few days we had a CAD drawing and suggestions for furniture placement. Shortly after, my husband and I spent time with Gio in the showroom and narrowed down selections. I went in thinking a long, rectangular table; Geo suggested 72" round. I was thinking tall, slingback chairs; Gio suggested cushioned, refined dining chairs (along with accessory chairs that could be pulled up to the table just in case). ETA late Feb '25. Delivery Jan 28, '25!

Gio's suggestions were spot on. Our outdoor space is magazine worthy. We look forward to many happy memories made and time shared with friends and family. In December I bought a table and 4 chairs. When they were delivered the pedestal was badly damaged and we I was told that another was ordered and would be delivered later. In February, when the second one was delivered there were scratches where paint was missing on the table support. I was told that a replacement was ordered. I followed up about every other week with the salesman to determine the status and would get assurances that he would get back with me. He never did. I always had to initiate contact. In March the salesman told me that the company that made our table was no longer in business, but that he would get with the owner and resolve the issue. It is now June and I haven’t heard anything. I paid full price, nearly $10,000, for what turns out to be a scratch and dent product. I have been strung along for 6 months. I don’t think that this is an honest company and cannot...

Beautiful showroom with everything you need to make your outdoor space stunning & inviting. Lisa Richards our Design Consultant could not have been more helpful & not pushy. I feel as though I have made a new friend. While in Bonita Springs for the winter my husband & I stopped in and ended up purchasing some beautiful patio furniture for our new home in Pittsburgh, PA. It has been a great experience working with Lisa. We had a little problem with one of the chairs. After contacting Lisa, her & Nate were immediately working on the issue.
