when i walked into the store i was looking for a naples long sleeve shirt. i walked over to the shirts and started to look around for one i liked. as soon as the manager/sales woman saw me looking she ran right over and started folding the shirts i was looking at. i decided to walk over to the jewelry until she left the shirt area. as i was fixing my necklace she came over and stood right next to me. she stood there STARING ME DOWN for a good minute until she asked, “are you gonna buy anything?” i told her “i’m just fixing my necklace” she said “are you gonna buy it” after i explained to her that it was mine she was very rude and told me i’m not allowed to use the mirror if i’m just “doodling around” i was overall disgusted in her behavior to a costumer and i would NOT recommend the store to anyone unless they want to be treated...

So my wife and I just closed on our winter home on Marco Island. We decided, having spend all week checking out the local neighborhood, we would see what was happening in downtown Naples.

We had lunch and walked into several shops. My wife dropped a few bucks in several stores. We walked in Regatta gift shop, a cute little (tourist trap) shop and walked around. Laughing and picking up all the little goodies, Just having a good time giggling with the two sales ladies. Then, apparently the "manager", made an appearance. Stared me down. Evidentially she didn't like my 6' 3" tattooed 265 lbs in her store. I've never felt so disrespected in my life. What a "buzz kill" after being so excited on our new house.

Had she seen my H1 Hummer parked in the parking garage behind Regatta. We will not recommend this...

For years I have bought an expensive french soap in this shop. Last Saturday i went in to stock up and the clerk told me the store was moving and they were selling out all the stock the soap was sold out. Today I called to ask the brand name of the soap and the woman who answered the phone couldn’t have been more rude. I explained that although Id bought the soap for years I couldn’t remember the name. Her reply was very short and rude telling me she was busy and didn’t have time for me. I asked if I could speak to the manager for which she told me she was the manager and hung up. How about politely asking me too call back later. You lost a long time customer Miss store manager. Based on other reviews it looks like I’m not the only customer she had...
