Horrible customer service. We go in there to spend a lot of money and get the worst service. Beginning with my first visit when I paid for an item and was stopped 5 seconds later by the same person that took my payment to see if I paid for the item. Second day, I went in to order a large picture because the exact same picture they had in the store was damaged, and the attendant gave me an attitude telling me: "are you sure you're going to buy it because we don't want two of them in the store". Finally, the manager seems to be the primary problem, because he also questioned my order and whether I was going to follow through. Then, when I go to pick up this very large picture, they don't want to carry it to my truck, and asked me to bring the truck up front. They give you free delivery to your home, but can't roll it out a hundred feet in the parking lot. I should've just stopped right there and made them deliver it. I get way better service at local...

The store itself has some great stuff and is larger than it seems from the parking lot. The prices are also VERY impressive. However, the service was so-so. All of the ladies I worked with were pleasant and helpful. However, the gentleman, whom I guessed to be the manager was SO uptight and impatient that he was stressing me out. It was awkward. It wasn’t only my impression; my husband had the same vibe. I witnessed the guy aggressively speaking with a customer over the phone that everyone in the busy store could over hear. He was working with the woman on an upcoming delivery and was growing increasingly aggravated with her. It was a strange situation. Nice inventory but found the staff to be unapproachable. When I spoke with someone named Susan, a manager, not only was she aggressive at the register but literally speaks about customers as they walk away and complains openly about her co-workers. Apparently I had asked the wrong question because she blatantly rolled her eyes to the coworker standing next to her. I decided against buying furniture due to my unbelievable negative experience.
