At first our visit was perfect, we found our rings, bought them and waited to pick them up once ready. When the ring did not fit when we arrived, they forgot to put the U shank, we opted to wait for them to fix it and left with my ring that night, so excited. I get multiple calls requesting my fiance to come in for resizing of his ring, which was meant to be ordered already. The man who we worked with is no longer employed there. My diamond ring I've had for 4 weeks is apparently cracked according to them after i noticed a marking?!? unbelievable to me.

My fiance went in. They were not helpful and told us to go through insurance when they said they covered their diamonds within 30 days and something for even the first year. But said we had to go through insurance. I will be going back myself after getting a second opinion. Hopefully, we get this resolved. I don't want a flawed ring we spent alot of money on and wore for less than a month. It was heart breaking

UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!! We still have not resolved! We never got even a call regarding our concern on the diamond. Took it to multiple other jewlers, and it was explained exactly what it was and why, and I understood perfectly. I am not sure why this place didn't do that for us. I am disappointed that differences between diamonds and clarity, etc. I've never purchased a diamond before, so we were clueless. Turns out the ring was sold to me with an inclusion. I DID NOT crack the diamond. With the grade we went with, inclusions are normal, but we wish this was explained to us and shown to us prior to our purchase so we could have made that decision as to the clarity. I am content with what the other jewlers had said. I will never go to this jewelry again. We still haven't received my fiances ring. that was paid for and ordered over 2 months ago now. I am renewing my 15 year vows with my husband and we decided to get new rings. We shopped around first of course. I came to international diamond center and came back for multiple reasons. First and foremost the customer service is extraordinary. From the moment you walk in you are greeted and feel welcomed. They don’t rush you. They listen and take the time to make sure you’re getting the piece you’ll love. Not only does one person work with you, but the staff all came to pitch in when needed. We worked with Tina to find our rings. She was the sweetest person ever. We also had help from David who actually found the ring that I ended up picking. It was simply stunning and everything I wanted. The day we made our purchase everything went smoothly and everything was explained. We got to meet the owner Keith and talk with him as well. Such a great guy. Loved hearing about how this is a family company and how they are all involved. They are involved with the community, military and first responders as well. I can tell you this is the place to take your business. They were a further drive from us, but so worth it. I was over going to the typical jewelry stores nearby. They didn’t seem to care as much. The quality and selection is way better at IDC as well. This store treats you like a family. After our purchase we celebrated with champagne. I’m so happy I came here to purchase our rings. Josie was so welcoming when we first walked in. I told her we were shopping for something that might be perfect for my left finger. With a beautiful smile she was ready to help us! I have never been married before. My boyfriend and I were "just looking". She proceeded to take us to every case and was very patient to show us everything. Every diamond shape, to size, to setting. There was never any pressure! It was just all about what I wanted to find to be my own. She spent many hours with us. I tried on many georgeous shapes til we found the pear. It was the shape for me. On to the next case we started looking at settings and mounts. I didnt know so much went into this. With a smile she showed us various settings that I tried on til " the one" that made me cry, for the first time! After many hours and many stones we came to a ring that I now call my own! My now Fiance and I are so happy that we have a forever ring and yes, I am getting married! James came over to lend a hand and was such a great help to keep me calm! I cannot say enough great things about the staff here. They took pictures of the moment , and yes I cried again! We cant wait to go back and get our bands for a February wedding!
