7-Eleven — Local services in Bonney Lake

I never thought I would be writing a five star review of a 711, but here it is! I had the nicest interaction with a young man that works here yesterday (Maybe he wasn’t that young, but I am definitely a bit older than him :-).

I am a busy mom and forgot my wallet yesterday, but didn’t realize that until I came up to the cashier with my daughter in tow after we had chosen some ice cream to take on an ice cream picnic. My daughter was a pretty good sport about us not being able to buy the ice cream as I told her we would have to go home to find the wallet and then come back. As I was rummaging through my car, hoping that said wallet would magically appear, one of the young men that works there ran out and handed us our ice cream cones, saying, “here you go, I bought these for you.”

What he didn’t know was that this was even more special to my four year old because the ice cream treats were a reward for doing a really good job that day at her daycare.

While we headed out on our way to the park to eat our ice cream cones, we had a talk about how we were able to go to our picnic because one of our neighbors had done something really kind for us. We talked about how we will be sure to do the same thing next time for someone, and it was one of those small gestures that aren’t really small because they mean a lot. Anyway, I just wanted to leave this review to thank that young man (whose name I should’ve gotten, but I was so shocked I am his act of kindness!) and also the entire staff of that store that is always kind and friendly, no matter what time of day or how busy they are.

711 is not exactly what comes to mind when you think of a neighborhood store, but the staff here really are wonderful and somehow they manage to make it feel like that.. Thank you for being such good neighbors, and I am proud to live in this little town...

Place went straight off the tracks as soon as the original owners sold it to the new ones. They can't keep the store clean. They over charge you when using cards and then act like they have no idea what happened. Their gas pumps are usually 10 to 20 cents higher than what the board says the prices are. And when confronted on that they just say there's somthing wrong with the pumps. It wouldn't surprise me if they star installing card skimmers on all their machines. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
