Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bonney Lake

My wife, CaraAnn, and I really enjoy the pizza here, especially the pan pizzas. CaraAnn REALLY likes the extra supreme that has more toppings than the regular supreme. (Sorry, I don't remember it's name.)

The problem was the pickup. I ordered contactless and added a tip because of it. However, when I got there, I was on hold for ten minutes to report I was there for pickup. I even said I was there through the app. I ended up going inside to get the food. I won't add a tip when ordering anymore. I'll add tips at pickup, if applicable and able. Now, I do have to add that the person dealing with the customers had a lot of people to deal with and was busy. (Wow. That upset me more than it should.)

Additionally, I can't access the website on my desktop computer. It said "access denied." I don't know why that happens, but I was able to access it through my phone. I would rather use the desktop. My family used to order from this location a lot but the last two times they’ve really just fell off. All these reviews are true, they don’t really care about your order or the accuracy of it. We ordered such a simple pizza- Meat Lovers add Pineapple. That’s it. and both times they “forgot” and they didn’t even cut our cheese bread lol. I called asking for a refund and the lady was nice and wasn’t rude or anything, but we didn’t even get an apology or some kind of compensation. She said they could remake it and we could pick it up or we could do the refund so we i just nicely asked for the refund which is good. I just wish whoever was making the pizza actually cared or tried to make the order accurate. I work in the food industry so i understand it’s a lot of things that could’ve happened and sometimes it’s busy and crazy. It’s one thing if it’s every once in a while but to consecutively “forget” everytime we order… maybe accuracy should be focused on more...

Edit: To further prove my years long theory, I redeem some free bread sticks and they are charred black. Every single time I've ever redeemed anything it's as if I'm being punished and everyone's pay was docked for it. Hopeless I suppose, everything I paid for was good, once again points item sabotaged lol.

I love pizza hut I really do and usually get good pizza here..save for every single time I use my points reward for a free item... No joke as long as the points program has been going I redeem an item and get and undercook or cold or something's off pizza or crusty bread sticks. I've taken a year or more breaks after redeeming something, this last trip was no different, redeemed a pizza got very undercooked pizzas. But hey great bread...
