Oh my God let me say that again oh my God crumbl cookies is the best cookie factory in the whole wide world the first time I learned of crumbl cookies and that there was such a company I was in Idaho and I stopped in there and they had this cookie called the Oreo cookie it was delicious it was warm it was chocolatey and it had an irresistible cream topping I was instantly addicted then I got back to Washington State crumbl cookies did not have a factory in Washington state I was so disappointed about a month later I see the signs coming soon crumbl cookies I was stoked I go here all the time when I need that cookie fix hands down and by far if you're ever in the need for a cookie that is absolutely Z-Best cookie you will ever encounter you have got to check this place out they have a different lineup every week with different cookies I have yet to see the Oreo cookie which was an absolute hit on the menu the only one I've had is in Idaho I can't wait and tell its Oreo cookie week I will definitely be there and buy a four pack yes just for me LOL check this place out you will become a cookie...

These cookies are always doughy and underbaked. This locations customer service is non-existent, and they are understaffed. They also prioritize online orders over the people in the store.

I stood in a line of 15 people waiting to make an order and 6 people waiting to receive their order. It's busy, that's fine. However, not a single one of the 4 employees there said a word to anyone. No "hello, bare with us, it'll just be a few minutes, we are waiting on the oven." nothing! They were serving stone cold silence. The 2 front cashier ladies seemed overwhelmed, facing the back wall clicking through the online orders and loading box after box for delivery, without taking a single order from the customers actually in the building. Delivery drivers came in, one after the other, squeezing through the crowd and taking their orders to go, and the staff continued packing cookies for more delivery. The first customer in line decided to order online for pick up and wait in her car, hoping to get better service. 2 other people walked out before they finally took the first order of the line from us...

I've had great experiences with Crumbl. Mostly. Last time we went, we ordered online 30 minutes before showing up, and then proceeded to wait an hour to get our order. However, it was extremely busy, so that's why I'm not taking any stars away. I totally understand what happens when a bunch of people order at once! So because they were so busy, I won't post a photo of what the cookies looked like that time (they weren't a mess or anything, but I know that's not what they typically look like), so I'm posting a photo from the time before that, which is more typical. 😁 Crumbl has the most delicious cookies EVER, and they change every week. In a way, that's a very bad thing, because it's a whole lot of extra calories for me!
