My husband and I have had a wonderful experience working with the Kelley Farm. We booked our date shortly after we got engaged because the farm was just breathtakingly beautiful. We initially met with Elise who we ended up working with throughout the entire wedding planning processes. I would say I’m definitely a planner and ask more than enough questions. Elise was always quick to respond to may many emails or calls. I appreciated that and her thorough responses. We were allowed to book dates to come out to the venue and look at it again, bring decor with us to see how it would fit etc. This of course was only if there were no events happening at that time. But I will say it was much needed and much appreciated. The staff was AMAZING and so attentive to our needs throughout the planning and the day of. Since we were making all our own décor and needed the time to set up and prep—staying on a strict schedule was most important to us. The staff respected that and helped us in everyway they could. We had to book for the whole day of course, but it was worth it. We had so much to set up. We also wanted to make sure that we left the place just as it was when we got there so we had our friends helping to scrub the floors, wipe the tables, taking out trash, sweeping the ground etc. The staff made such a beautiful effort to ensure that we had a beautiful day and we wanted to make sure we did not leave them with any extra work.
Finally, the shoutouts! Elise, our coordinator was there every step of the way and honestly made this a seamless process. Providing constant info, feedback and advice was so appreciated and above and beyond. She is a keeper and quite frankly I could not stop singing her praise when I worked with her boss at the end to make the final arrangements. Chantal (the boss) lol. She was also amazing. She responded promptly to any emails she was CC’d on regarding questions I may have had about times, rehearsals, décor etc. When we did our final sit down with her, she went through everything that I had mentioned was important to myself or my husband, had all our vendors info, we went through everything with a fine-tooth comb, and it was so appreciated. It really put my mind at ease. They did a fantastic job. She went through our vision with us and ensured that the tables were place exactly where I had asked and even made it accessible for some of the heavier items to be moved. She definitely made it very accessible to all our other vendors. It was perfect! (Kellie and Heidi) Kellie was the host in the morning, she helped so much getting everything set up everything. She was so friendly, and she did not have to but she took so much stress out with helping with ideas on where to moves stuff to create more space etc. Heidi was the host from who took over an hour before the wedding started to the end of the night. She also helped so much, she was helping pack up, giving feedback on how things were looking. Both women were there the day of to oversee everything, neither one of them had to at all but both were helping to unload the trees in the morning and break them up and reload them at the end of the night, the decor, helping my friends and families set the tables, clean up everything. It was above and beyond any expectation I could have had. They were AMAZING and I cannot share enough how much I appreciated having them there. At the end of the night, Heidi even did a walk through to ensure there was no reason I would not get my deposit back. She checked the bridal suit, groomsmen area and the grounds. She was so nice! I am so thankful to the staff at Kelley Farms and so blessed to have had the experience and the wedding we did. It was perfect.
I will also note, all photos posted here were done by RebeccaJane photography who works very well with the Kelley Farm and they are hands down amazing!!!! and I would HIGHLY recommend their services. I will be doing a separate...
Read moreThe original venue we picked out fell through, and as we searched for other rustic barn venues, we came across The Kelley Farm. It was the best Google search I've ever done because this place was an absolute dream!
Jess was so communicative, answering all of our questions immediately, which was also a very different (and welcome) experience after the first venue we had. At the time, we still lived out of state and haven't even seen the venue yet, but we knew it was the one for us. Jess did a Skype tour of the farm for us, and we booked it then and there based on her professionalism and friendliness.
When we finally moved to the local area and toured it ourselves, the grounds were even more beautiful than expected. Jess spent time with us on multiple occasions throughout the process and accommodated us when we requested to have another site visit to more thoroughly get an idea of our decorations. Callie was brought in toward the big day, and she was equally as wonderful and accommodating as was everyone else part of the venue. They truly are professionals and know exactly how to make the day special!
All of our guests complimented the venue before, during, and after the event. Not only did it fit our vision perfectly, but there were so many different elements to it. Photo opportunities include a white picket fence/gate for the wedding party entrance, the ceremony arch, the area around the groom's quarters, a wide view of green fields, a brick patio with string lights in the evening, and of course the barn itself, which is beautiful and well-maintained for the "rustic-glam" look and feel. The barn doors can open to give a free flow between the patio and barn for larger parties, and the doors at the back of the barn can also open to reveal a beautiful wooded landscape behind the sweetheart table.
The Kelley Farm also have an amazing list of preferred vendors who are also on their level of professionalism. Because of that list, our day turned out even more perfect than I could have imagined. I can go on and on about this venue and how great I think it is! Thank you...
Read moreIf I could give 10 stars I would!! My husband and I were absolutely blown away by everything that came with The Kelley Farm. From the incredibly helpful and communicative staff, to the venue itself, and not to mention the cows! We are from out of town so I only had the chance to visit the venue once in January of 2023 prior to our wedding months later in August. Even when I visited during a rainy PNW winter, I still fell in love with the aesthetic of the farm. Somehow, The Kelley Farm makes a cold, rainy wedding beautiful!! Which only made me that much more excited knowing we would be there during the summer months when flowers were in bloom and the sunshine was out! The farm is pristine, the rustic look and greenery surrounding it meant very little added decor was needed which was really nice considering we tried to limit how much we transported to and from the venue. The house that us ladies got ready in was perfect, plenty of room for my party which was 9 women along with the photographer and videographer making rounds as well. The Grooms Quarters across the way was all the men needed (9 of them) and the shared kitchen provided space to breathe and enjoy getting ready. I mainly communicated with Chantal and Elise and they were top notch! Super friendly yet professional, kept things on track through the whole planning process, answered all my questions and simply put, made our day so magical! Our guests absolutely loved the venue, everyone was walking around the property during happy hour and enjoying the cows (especially the kiddos), taking pictures, it was perfect! I was never the one to plan my wedding from the time I was like 13, but when I saw The Kelley Farm, it was everything I wanted! The setup of the barn on to the patio created a beautiful flow for everyone to move around freely, dance, mingle and enjoy a gorgeous night! We have so much gratitude for the people of...
