Definitely the worst!! I’ve been with this agency for 1.5 years at the beginning their customer service was amazing specifically Stephanie she always helped me! I don’t know what happened to her. Definitely 5 stars to her!

Then Christina started helping me and that’s when all went downhill!! If I could I would give 0 stars

She is really pushy and aggressive towards trying to sell me a life policy I don’t want! She literally calls me so many times I can’t count, trying to get me to buy this life policy after I kept telling her calmly and kindly I’m not interested. But she proceeds to keep asking me why and when she isn’t satisfied with my answer that I simply don’t want it she keeps pushing asking but why and then proceeds with her horrible comments.

Her way of “selling” is she says horrible comments like what if I were to die soon and leave my kids all alone and with nothing but debt. She asked me “are you afraid of thinking about dying is that why” like what kind of question is that. You don’t ask that to people. Of course who isn’t afraid of dying and leaving their little one but definitely shouldn’t say/ask that.

She also went to the extent to her herself/or someone else at the office to calling my husband and telling him “oh wow you don’t care about your kids” “you’re a bad parent” “why don’t you get the life insurance” when the life insurance was offered to me for me not both of us and as a punishment for not getting the life insurance they won’t help me because as soon as I need help with something they would tell me they were too busy attending other customers and that they didn’t have time.

Mind you I have never said anything hateful to them on the contrary I was so patient and always answered her calls and always told her I simply didn’t want the insurance but this last time was the last of patience I...

I went to the internet to look for the State Farm agent nearest my new home and was fortunate enough to find Stephanie Garrison's name. I am not a person who responds well to being hard sold so her manner of doing business was perfect for me. What she offered was so appropriate to my needs including the umbrella policy I know I should have but completely forgot about. My car insurance and home insurance are strung between two states right now and she made getting that organized a breeze. I had reached out to several insurance companies and Stephanie was the ONLY agent to respect my time frames. I told her I needed a week to make a decision and she scheduled an appointment for one week later and promptly called at our scheduled time. Once I asked for a quote from other companies and gave them my time frames of a week my phone, e-mail, and text lit up with no respect for giving me time to do my own research. Our insurance company of quite a few years recently decided to quit doing business in the Communist State of Washington & therefore left us without home insurance. We immediately started looking for a new insurance company & most of the quotes we got were exceedingly high. I called one company in the Seattle area who gave me a quote over the phone & I told him that it was ridiculous. Even though he was from a competing insurance company he recommended that I call Stephanie Garrison at State Farm in Bonney Lake & see if she can help us. Needless to say Ms. Garrison took care of us over the phone, quickly & professionally & was very friendly. My wife & I are very impressed & would recommend Stephanie & her company to anyone needing insurance.
