Tried them for the first time today. Ordered two burritos, one with carne asada and one with shredded beef (birria). I'm not fond of a lot of rice in a burrito, but love beans, so I asked for more beans and less rice. Got exactly that! I also asked for other adjustments, and they did it exactly right. They were both great, though the shredded beef could have had more seasoning for my taste. Their green salsa is flavorful but not spicy at all, which is what I asked for. The burritos were big enough that my husband and I saved the other half for lunch tomorrow. Prices were slightly cheaper than other taco trucks in the area, which we appreciate. We found our burritos to be extremely bland. It wasn’t a matter of the food being too mild. It seemed like everything was cooked without any seasoning. There are several positive reviews though so we might try again...
