We were just looking for a basic memory foam mattress $500-$1,000, we bought one 8 years ago from mattress depot and it’s been a great mattress but finally it started to wear out. My husband saw a fully adjustable bed frame and memory foam bed at the competitor down the street for over $4,000. I told him to dream on until we went back to the depot... Rob didn’t hop on us when we walked in the door, let us walk around, answered my questions with our best interests in mind and we ended up with an amazing 14” thick memory foam bed AND a fully adjustable modern bed frame that does not look like the old school hospital looking things you’re thinking of. You can sit this thing up and basically turn your bed into the most comfortable couch ever to watch movies in bed. It has a vibration massage feature which sounds cheesy but it’s actually amazing! We also didn’t know the frame came with an under the bed light plus double USB ports on each side. We came in on a whim and walked out the door with BOTH items in stock!!! They have almost everything on display in stock which really satisfies the instant gratification we all want even though it’s silly hahaha! Out the door we only paid $2,200 plus tax and we are so happy! We had a minor hiccup missing a part for the frame and Rob took care of it immediately and was even ready to come over and install it for us. This is my third purchase in the past 8 years from this company and I have no interest in playing with any of the others plus I love that it’s a Washington...

I’m very happy with my experience at Mattress Depot with Charlie. We bought a new bed years ago and we’re very happy with their service. So we went back again when we needed a new mattress. We bought a Sealy Hybrid Plush mattress. The mattress arrived as scheduled. It’s very convenient that the delivery guys give you 30 minute heads up as to when they’ll arrive. We only needed to air it out for 8 hours before we could sleep on it.

We slept on it one night and my husband loved it. I was concerned it may be too firm. After going back and seeing Charlie again the next day, he suggested I let it break in more than one night. Then if it wasn’t soft enough I could exchange it or buy a gel topper. My husband agreed. After all, the same model bed we bought in the showroom was softer. But, I was a bit impatient. So Charlie put a gel topper on the bed in the showroom.......and heaven! He gave me a good deal on it and was very patient with my impatience. 😊 I know the gel topper will provide the bit of extra cushion I need. I’ll give an update in a month or so. We highly recommend purchasing here. My Mom is moving up and I’m sending her here for her...

Mattress Depot is phenomenal!

The customer service that I received from Ryan at the Bonney Lake Mattress Depot was beyond anything I could have expected.

I did my due diligence shopping around and wish I would have gone to Mattress Depot first. The experience was unlike any shopping experience I’ve had. It was all about me. I talked and Ryan listened. Ryan is observant and was able to point out which mattresses I more positively responded to when trying them out. He noticed things I did not. This helped me find the perfect mattress.

I also purchased a mattress for my son. He received the same care and attention to detail that I did. My budget was respected and there is really is something for every budget there!

Ryan took the time to listen. His knowledge of the products is impressive and extensive. The store has a large variety of mattresses and bases with even more available on their website.

Take my advice, avoid the pushy sales pitches and to go to Mattress Depot. You will be treated with respect and receive the kind of service you...
