My husband and I went in to upgrade our phones. One employee was working and they couldn't give us the time of day. There were no phones out to look at, only other electronics. I would like to see and handle a phone myself before a purchase so we left as I couldn't do that here. We went back a couple weeks later. Still no phones to look at but at least the agent had a minute to bring some out. We liked the S23 ultra. They had a deal, trade-in your old phone and get $800 back. So we bought the new phones and also 2 smart watches. We had 30 days to turn our old phones in. When we turned them in the gal said they were fine (even with a small corner crack in my screen). After months of no refund my husband called at&t (not the store) and they said both phones were damaged with multiple screen cracks and we won't be getting the $1600. They said the stores are promising customers that they get the refund "no matter what" and they are lying to us as that's not the case. They said that we have to talk to the store for our credit as they have "nothing to do" with this. What a joke. The store won't do anything because "the phones were fine" when they sent them in. We can't even get our old phones back. Thanks for the lousy service. I can't wait to go back to my old carrier. Over 20 years with them and never had a problem. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe manager ANDI is a total lying scumbag. she pulled some bait and switch then lied and said id pay nothing on a tab including any sort of activation fee, then I got a 45 .00 fee, when I called Andi at the store she told me she didn't do that, to call AT&T when I called them,they called her and she lied and told the rep she didn't tell me that(little did she kn ow I was on the line) then she said she did, he totally caught her in a lie we also upgraded to an iphone, paid 401.00 and gave up the Note 5 phone and got a 24.00 credit on IPhone next thing I know im still being billed for the note 5 phone so I called AT&T again, they called her again and she lied again said it wasn't her that did this it was a previous employee and then mentioned to the rep about my previous issue with the 45.00 activation fee trying to make me look like some sort of troubled customer,(again,unbeknownst to her,I was on the line) that was a total lie then she rushes the rep off the phone saying she was the only one in the store and had customers and hung up on Hayley the rep. im so PO'd I'm going to be filing an official complaint against ANDI with her BOSS Joe Woodworth at the Puyallup store,I am NEVER going back there again!!! My parents went to this store and were taken advantage of terribly by the sales person. My dad is 89 and he was upsold on so many devices and changes to their account, including a tablet with plan, new internet, direct tv and a land line with ATT (ATT doesn't even have landlines. It was basically another cell phone with another number. I have been trying to unravel this mess since November. I finally went to the auburn store and a very nice worker Gracie helped me and apologized for what has happened. I have spent hours and hours working with ATT, Direct TV and comcast to fix the mess and they are probably almost $2000 into this mess. I have called several times to talk to the manager and told I would get a call returned. Have yet to receive a call.
