Edit Yhe family at chippers is great. They fixed the ring talked about below as well as worked with us to get my new bands. Franz and his family are very friendly and a joy to do business with!

I needed a ring rhodium plated so I took it to Chippers. They said they could do it but since my other rings has rubbed the side they would need to buff the scratches out. I said that was fine. He charged me for the rhodium dip and to have it buffed. Total bill was right around $100. When I went to pick my ring up a week later it had a large black spot on it that wouldn't rub off. So, they had to dip it again. Waited an additional three days for the second dip. When they called me to pick up the second time I was so excited to have my ring back i didn't inspect it like i should have. About a month later (Right now, that's why I'm writing this) the ring has lost the plating on the under side of the ring. The rhodium has been flaking for the past week, and the scratches they were supposed to buff out are still present. I have had this same ring dipped twice before from other reputable jewelers and never had these problems. The rhodium dip at other places also last a year or more and are far less expensive than this place. I'm super disappointed that I have to have this service redone elsewhere when I already paid a "professional" to have it done. I will...

I brought my engagement/wedding ring in to be repaired. One of four prongs that holds the center stone in place broke. I also had one diamond on my band that was bigger than the others (long story on that). This was my first time going into Chippers and now I will never go anywhere else!! Everyone is so kind and you can really tell they care and want to do a good job. They told me that to fix one prong they would have to replace all of them, they have to get the center stone out to fix it. I picked up my ring today and I am so amazed with how good my ring looks!! It honestly looks better than it did before the prong broke. They set the stone in so perfectly and all the prongs look amazing and strong!! They also cleaned my ring beautifully! They replaced the diamond on the band that was too big and now my ring is perfect Again!! I am so extremely happy. Thank you Chippers!!! I can't stop smiling!

Took my ring in again, this is three years after the first time I brought it in to get the prongs repaired. One of the diamonds fell out on the band of my engagement/wedding ring and they repaired it good as new. Kevin took his time making sure it looked perfect, and even when he was not quite happy with it he kept it a few extra days to make sure it was perfect. They are so honest and kind at Chippers. This review won’t be able to truly reflect on how amazing this experience was for me but hear me out. My family had just moved over to Bonney Lake from Puyallup. I work crazy hours and I’ll admit throughout the move my wife did darn near everything. During the final trip we had realized my wife’s center stone had came off and is MIA! We had called the jeweler which was Jared’s and Kay. Well they hadn’t been logging in her cleans and inspection which my wife was never missed the window. And they were literally no help and stated it’s out of warranty which was absolutely not nice.

I called, and spoke with Jonah. She listened. Her words were soft spoken and I followed. Not that I recommend bringing your 2 & 5 year old boys but she did say it’s okay... I showed up with my army and the staff responded AMAZING! We lasted well behaved for about 10 minutes. Then EVERY EMPLOYEE and OWNERS played a part as Jonah was showing me stone selections. It was a task! From potty breaks to water and candy......... It was a full out mission! And mission accomplished! We found the perfect stone, and all the additional repairs needed to assure the job was to be complete.

The delivery, took my wife out to a wonderful breakfast. And she loves it!
