Upon conversing with the kind sales manager, Representative demonstrated superb customer service skills and, above all, greatly assisted with personalizing the shopping experience—by providing relevant feedback regarding a souvenir sticker I was looking to add to a journal.

After Representative guided me to the appropriate sticker, I was provided with a free-of-charge complimentary Downtown Boone sticker.

Amazing souvenir shop! I love the variety of colors available in the clothing. The woman at the register who rang my husband and daughter up was super kind and friendly. The shop even had snow globes, which we couldn’t find in any other store. The price of everything was pretty reasonable. Another plus, a public restroom to use and no purchase is necessary, which is great because there are no public restrooms around! The restroom was nice and clean. I was looking for a mountain town souvenir store. This place is mostly college merchandise. Which is great if that's what you're looking for. I did like a little pin but it was I think $5. Shirts for $25+. I looked at 2 hats for my husband but they were each $45. But it's a super clean, little gift shop. If you are looking for college gear and don't mind spending a little more, then it is a nice place....
