I went here recently to add a line. We were offered a cheap model phone for 10/month. The kicker was it was 246 to walk out the store with it. Luckily their "systems were down nationwide" for 3 days which led me to call the 1800 number. Once i called them they looked at my account and noticed 2 phones were ordered altho we were trying to purchase the one in the store. The 2nd device was literally never even talked about so Im not sure where that one came from. Then the lady said she had NO idea why they were telling us the system was down as it wasnt. Also they had no idea why they were charging 246. They said the tax fee was only 49. So they cancelled all the stores mess and hooked us up with an s22 , way nicer newer phone for 10/month and i paid 49 up front. Even with the fees added to the next bill for the start up it doesnt come close to 246. I will never go here again. Oh also when i informed the store they then said well some of the 246 is optional we just throw it in there... but made it sound like it...
Read moreCame in last Saturday wanting to switch my phone service over to Verizon. The trouble started before I even walked in the door. I tried calling all day and left voice mails and no one would bother to pick up the phone. Later that evening I went in to switch over 2 phone lines and get a watch. My credit was ran and one phone was ordered due to them not having the one I wanted in stock or the watch in stock. No paperwork was signed and I was told they would be in on Tuesday and I would get a call. NO CALL. I have tried calling the store multiple times to no avail. Still no one can bother picking up the phone to even state they will call me back when they have the time. Also come to find out one of my phone numbers had a request to be ported over to a business account. Dealing with all this I decided NOT to switch over. I spent hours on the phone trying to sort this mess out. Here it is Friday and no phone call or no answer. Was I expected to jump in my car and go check on my stuff...

Have had quite the experience trying to order my wife and I’s phones via the MyVerizon app and website and having it shipped to our home due to COVID. After going through 3 separate orders since 11/27/20 that have all been cancelled on Verizon’s end, and speaking with multiple Customer Service agents on the phone, finally saw that this store had the phone I wanted in stock. Auburn assured me on the phone that I would be taken care of and we were in and out of the store in what seemed like 30 minutes.
