Warning to all shoppers! I had a disappointing experience at this store with the hair packages. The hair displayed looked fantastic, but when I purchased it, the contents inside were totally different - definitely fake hair! It's quite suspicious that they showcase gorgeous, natural hair but give you something entirely different.

What's even more perplexing is when I asked the salesperson if I could buy the displayed hair, she refused and insisted on selling me the packaged hair instead. It just doesn't add up! This whole situation feels shady, and I urge everyone to be cautious.

To the store owners: Transparency and honesty with your customers should be a top priority. If the hair in the package is genuine, why not sell what's displayed? I hope this serves as a reminder to be honest with your customers and avoid such misleading practices.

Let's look out for each other, my fellow shoppers! Be vigilant and don't be afraid to speak up if something seems off. #BeInformed #BeCautious...

I called with a simple question and they were not able to answer it. I didn’t want to commute all the way there without knowing the answer to the question. Was looking for I-envy press&go lashes IP04, IP05, IP06, 07, 08 etc… I’ve had a good experience when I go in person but when you call, they can never hear you and they rush you off of the phone. They talk over you and therefore, it’s impossible to communicate. I’ve been a customer for years, but since I moved farther away, I have to call in advance for...

First off! Awesome customer service skills!!! Some of my sisters know how some hair biz owners can make us feel when we walk in 👿(please dont touch the hair and watching you from behind the counter). Not here. No maam! They encourage questions, let you touch the hair, remove it from mannequin!! And they have some wonderful looking pieces.AND they had everything i needed for my install. This review is just about the service and look of the hair however since i havent installed it yet. Im excited...
