Took and intro to barre class with a friend (who has never taken a barre class before). I have taken barre at various locations. The studio was SUPER small. We walked in, and the two Pilates instructors were cold and unfriendly. Then we went down stairs (in a cramped basement) for the barre class. The instructor (different from the two) had NO idea how to teach or inform the students. She did not show any movements or help individuals who were doing the exercises wrong. She was unorganized, and had to use a cheat sheet, which she referred to often. She had no flow, and no music to help. I will not return or suggest anyone to go...

Read moreI decided to invest in private pilates classes at Endurance during my pregnancy, and it has truly been the best decision ever. My instructor Julia is patient but also challenging without ever pushing my limits too much. Every class is slightly different which keeps it fun and interesting. Going to Endurance Pilates each week has helped me feel healthy and active throughout my pregnancy - I haven't even had any back pain at 37 weeks!
