South End - Jaho Coffee Roaster & Wine Bar — Restaurant in Boston

So i absolutely love the French toast latte. I just really hate this location. After giving this place a bad review because of the horrible quality of customer service, I go back. I must say the employees must hate their job or me. My drink if it’s not a French toast latte is always disgusting, yesterday I Ordered a milk tea and latte 15$. Latte good milk tea the girl with the glasses with no smile literally put creamer as a milk tea Baobab it wrapped it up gave it to me. I didn’t realize I was scammed until I drink it. Horrible taste horrible experience once again. This location is horrible. The employee aren’t welcoming it’s a waste of money. Back bay has an awesome location and they treat you so nicely. I would say every woman who works at this location has an attitude as if they didn’t want to take my order or my money isn’t welcomed. My friend had this same experience at this location. I would say they maybe basis to our kind of ppl at this location. All are welcomed in back bay NOT AT YHID LOCATION THEY WILL PURPOSELY MAKE YOUR ORDER WRONG WITH A ATTITUDE. Used to order from here all the time and have always loved it. Some of the best coffee and bubble tea I’ve found in Boston and staff is always friendly, however the past 5 times I have ordered I have not been happy. I have recently been using door dash services and have placed my preferences on “please contact me if item is unavailable”, however rather than doing so I have been sent any random item in replace of the one I have ordered. This is extremely frustrating because I am paying for something specific that I want; and would rather be notified and choose a second option than be sent something random which often is not to my liking.

Came in the morning 12/6/24 and the two women working behind the bar were extremely rude I paid a little extra for almond milk because I have bad reactions to regular milk and upon arriving I asked what milk was this made with? one of the ladies stated I made it with whole milk I said I can tell but I requested almond milk then the lady retracted her statement and said no I made it with almond I said this is whole milk I can taste it it has no nuttiness to it and she kept arguing with me until the other woman took the drink to make it over waved the almond milk in front of me to ensure it was almond milk and when I got my new drink you can see there was a huge difference however in the second drink she only put almond milk and forgot everything else.
