Samuel Adams brew House — Restaurant in Boston

Diiiiiisgusting! Wow. While we all know airport food isn’t the greatest, this gives airport food another meaning. Chicken wings - described on the menu as crispy - soggiest wings we’ve ever had. Pizza - take the worst most freezer burned pizza you’ve had for 10 years and that would taste better then the burnt piece of cardboard your teeth (not even a knife) could never chew through. Chicken sandwich - non describable as after 1 bite it was spit back on the plate. This place wins the award for the worst food in America. Do yourself a favor and starve or get a bag of candy at a kiosk. Food is overpriced and inedible. On top of that, service was so slow it moved backwards and server had major attitude. Overall - this place was a giant ZERO but we can’t give it a zero. Save your money, your time, your teeth and your stomach. Not even under the most desperate of circumstances should you eat here. You’re welcome!!! I wish I had read the reviews before utterly wasting $75 and then having to buy bags of candy to eat instead since everyone was starving....

June 15th, 2025 at about 9:30AM, I went up to the napkin table to get 2 napkins, and a server that was a grown man, lost his cool and flipped out at me and angrily said “hey! what are you doing?!” and i said “just getting some napkins” and he talked down to me and responded “did you ask me first?” and i said “no i just needed some napkins” and he held out his hand and demanded me to “give it back.” i didn’t want the drama, so i gave them back and walked out. we were very disappointed and genuinely looked forward to checking out the Samuel Adam’s dining experience in Boston, but were very taken aback by the rudeness and lack of empathy and hospitality towards the innocence of just waking up to a napkin DISPLAY to simply grab 2 napkins. The REAL Samuel Adam’s would’ve never thrown a fit about something as silly as napkins! maybe don’t put them on a table for everyone to grab? maybe that guy was just having a rough morning, maybe he has other stressors in his life going on, but being mean to someone about taking 2 ...

I had some time before my flight, and I had missed going to the Samuel Adams Brew House in town the day before, so I thought this was my chance. The woman working the bar was super friendly, and the service was excellent. She helped describe the beers, and helped me choose the best one for what I was after. So far so good. However, I also ordered the breakfast tacos. I don’t know how you screw up a breakfast taco, but they were not good. The bacon was pathetic. The eggs tasted like they were made from powered, not fresh, and the cheese was not really noticeable. The tater tots served with the tacos were excellent though. Once I finished the tots and one of the three tacos, I gave up and told the server I was finished. However, no one removed the plate and I had to look at the remnants of my sad tacos for the next 30 minutes while I tried to enjoy my beer. So this is an ok place to have a beer. I’d pass...
