Horrendous customer service under the management of Shelby. She rings up returns incorrectly, missing items and keeping the merchandise you've paid for without refunding you. I realized when I got home, and she wouldn't do a phone return, saying I had to come back into the store. I HAVE A CHILD. I can't just POP IN WHENEVER. I asked to speak to her district manager and she wouldn't provide her name. She wouldn't put me on the phone with a co-worker, saying she was on break. Before this incident, there was a time she wouldn't let me purchase an item over the phone and hold it for me behind the counter for two days. DON'T SUPPORT LOCATIONS THAT TREAT CUSTOMERS POORLY. If you love the clothes, like I do, simply buy it all online and RETURN IT IN STORE TO HER. Just watch her like a hawk when she does it and check your receipt.
