This location is a joke. The staff especially so unprofessional and blatantly rude too busy hanging out Withee the guys who give you the Charlie cards in the MBTA than to bother to help me. I know it’s hard to find help but seriously? Some woman eventually helped me and she was extremely rude like me being there was a chore for her? Clerks were unwilling/"unable" to help me find/get the embroidery I was looking for (which my home store had no issue locating when I was on the phone with them after) and continually made snarky comments about both it and the fact the hat I was having embroidered was wet due to the storms outside which I had no control over. Ended up having to settle for just the jersey number, which was poorly set up/done and will most likely have to be retouched/removed at my home store next...

The worst hat store ever especially be in the city of Boston... No good choices and fitted hats or even snapbacks everything is old outdated version of b hat. Brand new store in downtown crossing .. it really sucks it's more for out-of-staters not a good selection of New York hats. But I'm a Boston fan to the heart so it hurts to see that it's not anything...
