I was at the shop in terminal C , by gate C11, 10 minutes before 8pm 9/30/2024 looking to purchase a sweatshirt for my son. Petite India woman even assisted me in looking for the size. But the moment I wanted to pay for it the same India woman said the store is close therefore she canât ring me up. She said the shop closed at 8pm. If that was the case Then why even bother to help me look for the size if she already knew I couldnât buy it. They shouldnât have a sick and twisted people like that running the shop. . I thought it was just me she had issues with but I saw her chasing other patrons out the shop as well. Telling whoever wants to make a purchase that the shop is close. Light was fully on and the store fully opened. By 9 pm thatâs when she turned off the light and lowered the security door. They need to fire this woman bc sheâs chasing away paying customers who are willing to pay. Im glad I didnât invest in her salary. I hope others who experience this same treatment will...
   Read moreCustomer service was extremely horrible. Was looking for a sweater of a color they did not have in stock. So I asked for the one on display and she did not help. Wanted to buy last mug on the shelf, noticed that it had a damage and she claimed I broke it. This all happened at 6am before my flight. She argued with me in the store in front of other customers. âYou broke it, you broke itâ. I had to tell her that it is too early to argue and I am not here to argue. Definitely not a good way to run a business!

When the woman finished and stepped away, I stepped up to the register and the cashier walked away. I said excuse me, she looked at me and still left the store. I had to go find another employee to ring me up, she was stocking items. I should have just walked out with my item...what employee walks away and leaves the store when there is a customer in line??
