The annoying: Only 2 of the 3 kiosks were working and it kept lagging with an error stating lost connection. That made for a long line.
The bad: both sets of fries were room temp at best and soggy. Some of the sweet potato fries were still hard (not cooked all the way through)
The really bad: We noticed that other orders were being called even though we had ordered before them. So my husband went to inquire. The worker accused him of already picking up the order. My husband let him know we had not. The worker kept pressing saying he did pick up and saying he had a little girl with him. My husband again let him know that it wasnât him but the worker kept insisting asking âare you sure you donât have a little girlâ; even going as far as looking around the counter for the little girl. Side note: we did see the black male with a little girl he was speaking of, HOWEVER we were NOT associated with them. As we African Americans often have to let people know, we DO NOT all look the same. Case in point- the male in question: short height, no facial hair, with hair. My husband: tall, bald head, goatee with glasses. The worker assumed my husband was the same individual because they are both Black males. My husband had to keep telling the worker that he wasnât the male and didnât have a little girl. The worst part of the âreally badâ is that my husband felt accused of finagling two orders of fries and despite telling the worker once, which should have been the end of it He was continually made to feel profiledâŚIN PUBLIC. I imagine if my husband had shown up in the three piece suit he wore earlier that day when he was delivering a training session to a group of Morgan Stanley financial advisers, maybe this wouldnât have happened. Or would it have...

I stopped by this location while traveling through the airport. I didn't want to get a big meal, just a snack before my flight. I tried to use the automated ordering terminals, but it indicated that there's an error in the terminal and that I would need to see a cashier. Oh, look, there's no cashier to speak to for the order I placed. I speak to the grill cook and find that he says just wait to see if there is an order that no one claims and then that one would be mine. While I am standing there, The previous ordering line has grown to over ten people. Standing there, I get a message that I am refunded for the purchase. I think now I have to go and stand in the line again and pay for the hamburger. Once I get up to the counter, the grill worker says that the bag sitting there is my order that was not claimed and asked me if I want the second hamburger. I said no and that I would prefer one that was still hot. He said the manager was not available to give me a refund for the malfunctioning automated ordering machine and that I would have to call and try to get it refunded later. The burger wasn't that good either and even more of a disappointing issue to add insult to the disappointment of eating...

I decided to splurge a little and got the farmhouse burger which was pretty good. The meat tasted like a decent quality and above par for fast food. You are in the airport so I guess that along with the better quality is why it came with the $10 price tag for just the burger. The fries were okay but $4.30 was a little steep in my opinion for the size but they did seem like they were fresh cut so I'll give them that. I just personally like my fries crunchy on the outside while meaty on the inside. These were kind of floppy and soft but at near they were skinny and overcooked. I guess that's the thing with fries, everyone has a different preference.
The wife had the Beyond chicken tender sandwich. She said it was good and that she'd order it again in the future. It was her first time trying the Beyond chicken. I'd only heard of the sausages and burgers. Coming in at $13, that Beyond stuff is typically around that price so no complaints.
They have a couple tables to sit at in the immediate area but you'll more than likely need to grab your bag and hele on. I will admit that it was way less expensive than the place next door, so there was...
