I would give 0 stars if I could. I entered the post office at 5:17 pm to internationally post a simple post card. First waited in line. Was second in line when I realized that I needed to figure out which priority mail envelope to use. This simple question was completely ignored by the lady who just closed her counter. The other lady at the counter answered my question very un friendly. Then searched for a working pen to fill out a ridiculously long custom form just to send one postcard, almost all of the pens in this office are out of ink. After completing this form the employee refused to help me because it was exactly 5:30 and she was closing her counter too. I couldn't even comment as she was leaving via the backdoor literally slamming it while I tried to say something. So rude! I use this post office a lot since I work nearby and it is hands down the worst. Long line ALL the time with one slow lady who walks back and forth from a desk in the middle of the space(?) despite desks being available where the actual packages are. Its almost like a comedic parody in the vein of Mr Bean. It’s absurd, watching her slooooowly walk the entire length of the office, pull out her keys, find the right key, disappear for an indeterminate amount of time while presumably getting someone’s package/mail, Walk aaaall the way back, and ever so slowly accept payment for the transaction while 10 people are in line waiting and watching. 0 Stars is really the correct rating here I walked into their office and asked what it would cost to mail a poster tube, they told me $11. When I came back with my tube to mail it, they told me ~$20 Since I was selling this poster, I left to contact the buyer to ensure he was ok with paying the extra shipping, since that wasn't what I originally told him. Once he agreed, I went back to this post office a second time to mail the poster, and now it was almost $30.
