FedEx Office Print & Ship Center — Local services in Boston

So my package was supposed to be delivered yesterday but I was not there. So I scheduled a pick up at this location at 11 am today. I went there and initially they told me the truck was not there yet until the end of day, which is 4:30pm. So I waited for 4 hours and still got nothing back. They told me the truck has already come in the noon but my package was not in the truck. I was like what the.... I call the customer service and the guy in the phone said there was no record in the system showing I scheduled a pick up. What a joke! I cleaerly made a phone call and made a schedule. Anyway, the thing is the staff here is not responsible at all. They could have told me that the truck was here at noon so I don't have to wait for 4 hours until the end of day. But unfortunately they didn't do anything besides telling me the truck would come at the end of the day. For God's sake, avoid going there because they don't care about...

Went to this place this past week. It’s inside Prudential Center, connected to the Sheraton Hotel. My phone coverage got dicey as soon as I got in there, so I couldn’t use my phone to send the files I needed to send to the fedex print email address. And, apparently, they don’t have their own wifi, because when I asked about it, they suggested I try the hotel wifi. Except that I wasn’t a hotel guest and didn’t have access. So maybe they just didn’t want to let me use their wifi? I don’t know… but having bad wifi in a place where people may need to print from their mobile devices seems like a bad look. Anyway, I will avoid this place as much as possible...

My experience was great! The gentleman at the counter was awesome and told me everything I needed to know about getting my package sent out. I understand why some of the customers may get mad but you have to understand that this is company is inside of an establishment (SHERATON HOTEL 🏨). So NO ONE can be mad because you're getting charged 10 dollars or more depending on the weight to send a package. Come on people it's COMMON SENSE!!! Anyway I wanted to say great...
