Worst shake shack, surprising that the saga with this poorest performing outlet continues, -food took more than ten minutes (we had two burgers, two fries and a milk shake, 3 parties ahead of us) -employees on a go slow, focusing on chit chatting -the store is totally filthy with food leftovers and used rubber gloves on the floor - health department would sanction this -when asking for the manager, this guy Michael pitches up, closing his pants or fixing his belt when appearing from the back … God knows what he was doing at the back … -when pinpointing the issues to him, he started arguing with us, not understanding at all what we were saying, not appreciating our comments for improvement -worse, he asked us to leave the store, with cold burgers, and a warm milkshake
Hard to understand how a reputable brand like shake shack can afford to run such a lousy store, destroying brand equity at a supposedly premium location like the prudential center in Boston. A total joke. See the pictures...
Read moreWhile I've had some good experiences at this location in the past, it seems like the company is not supporting the staff at this location or something has majorly changed in the past year or so. We ordered milkshakes on the kiosks and waited about 10 minutes, which seemed long since the restaurant wasn't that busy. One of the staff members called our number, only to tell us they were out of the base for one of the shakes we ordered. We ordered a different shake in its place, only to be told a few minutes later that they actually could only make chocolate shakes! The team member processed a refund for the difference between what we ordered and what we ended up getting, and looked irritated when we did not tip. (The tip we originally applied to the order wasn't refunded, so why would we tip again?!) We finally got our shakes and they were really watery, roughly chocolate milk consistency. I wouldn't come here if you're in any kind of a hurry or want reliable Shake...
Read moreThis is the worst Shake Shack I have ever been to. I ordered nuggets and a root beer float. They said they were out of root beer, and did I want a soda instead? No??? The sodas are like $3, floats are $7. No I would not like a soda instead. So I ask for a creamsicle float instead, and they proceeded to whisper about it for literally several minutes, before the girl behind the counter starts moving as SLOW as possible to get the float ready. Then they gave me the SMALLEST cup, filled to the brim with soda and ice cream, so of course it started to overflow when she put the lid on, and leaked all the way back to my place of work, no matter how much I wiped the lid off.
This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this shake shack, they’re always this slow, and always out of something. $7 is a lot for a float the size of a shot glass. Why do they move like the Sloth from Zootopia??? Never ordering...
