I've lived in the Back Bay for over a decade now. I went into the store after reading the reviews and was absolutely baffled when none of the reviews were true. This was not friendly customer service I was blankly ignored. The store itself to get down to has the steepest stairs I almost fell. And I'm unsure how a store that's been open the most 20 days has 51 reviews. I've been going to the other convenience stores in this area like I said for over a decade and I am much more interested in buying from family-owned businesses and have an extremely friendly customer service provided rather than being ignored and brushed off. I don't understand how a store that's been there for 3 weeks I already has 50 reviews all five star when other stores in this neighborhood that have been here for 20 or 30 years have 50 or 60 reviews. That just tells me they're reviews are fake and they are asking friends and family to post them. I went in there it looks nice but their prices are through the roof.
