The owner was rude and pushy. My daughter was looking for a specific white dress and we saw one in the window. When we came in to look at it, she stated that it was $140 so we wouldn’t buy it because it was too much. Then she kept pushing us to buy her cheap SHEIN dresses that she was charging $60-$80 for each. When I showed my daughter a few that she may like, she then commented that my daughter was too built and it wouldn’t fit her. At that point, I was beyond annoyed and wanted to leave. She then asked if we wanted any of the ones she showed us and I said no but we’ll keeping browsing. Then she said, well I’m not in the busy for browsing and I’m in the business of selling. Well let me clarify how you can do business better. Try not being rude to your customers, try not to insult them claiming they are poor and can’t afford your cheap clothing, try not to fat shame them or make any comments about their shape because we aren’t all tiny and petite like you and work on fixing your face, a smile can take you far. I hope your shop succeeds especially during these troubled times because at this rate you’ll be lucky to make rent next month. Give the poor girl who works for you a raise because I have so much respect for her having a boss like you. Her face wasn’t in shock as I was leaving your shop so I’m sure she sees this often. Do better for Boulder City, it’s an amazing town so stop bringing...

I was very disappointed in the lack of service my friend and I received at this establishment. Right when we walked in, the atmosphere was extremely unwelcoming, and the store clerk began looking us up and down and giving us mean-spirited looks. Not a minute after we had entered the store, she began interrogating us about the reason behind our masks, saying things like ‘are you sick?’ and ‘there’s no disease in here, there’s no corona.’ We immediately left the store following her rude behavior. However, she soon got on the phone with someone and was talking very loudly about “prostitutes” in her store. Very classy. If I could leave negative stars it would be based solely upon the service of the lady with accent. She was extremely rude and interrupted our personal conversation we were having about Ross, she said well then go to F$#@ing Ross I don't need your business. At that point I was actually intending on purchasing a dress, she then came over to the rack where I had touched a hanger and angrily spaced the hangers and started being argumentative about shopping small business. Her angry and accusatory demeanor were the sole reason I left empty-handed. Seeing other reviews enforced my thoughts that it was her attitude and nothing I had done.
