Bottom Line: come for toast, don’t worry about your kids.

Food: We had the toast and a cinnamon roll. I’m naturally not a fan of overly sweet breakfasts so grabbing that avocado toast with an egg really hit the spot. Yes, an avocado toast. But it was really well done and after a long day of hiking yesterday, it hit the spot.

Coffee wise, we did their speciality lattes. Deserving of being a shop signature but I really haven’t come across a place that did poorly.

Service: it was busy and the bussing was a little slow. Self cleaning was also obscure so I’ll knock that. But the cashiers were friendly and prompt with the coffee and the meals! So I’ll leave that to Memorial Day rush.

Atmosphere: like above, I saw a few families come thru and it was nice. Low stress, lots of seating, and everyone was relaxed. Lots of individual men having coffee, couples and a family....

This is a cute little place in Boulder City on their main drag. It has fun coffee drinks and some lighter fare along with pastries. My wife and I ordered some of their toasts from their menu and some bottled soda. My wife really enjoyed her toast that was sweet with bluberries and strawberries and an option of gluten free bread. My toast looked fancier with arugala, egg, and cheese. There was a vinigrette drizzled atop my toast as well. While my toast looked lovely, it was bland and had no flavor. I won't order that again and that leaves my vegetarian options there at a minimum. They should add some flavor to the egg, leave off the tasteless arugala, add some spice... something. The soda my wife had was really good also, huckleberry, my peach cream soda...

Really love it here and obsess over all their drinks! The big coffee chains have changed how coffee is made as to them, its about more caffeine and quantity. There is a technique and art to making quality coffee which is what Dam Roast House is doing. Pricing may be a little more than what you are use to but I'm willing to pay that for amazing coffee.

They make the drinks in their proper sizing, they don't burn the milk, and they make their espresso so smooth which I really appreciate it all! Even their teas are spectacular so you can't go wrong with anything your order. The only downfall is that it takes 45 minutes for me to drive to the other side of town but I wouldn't change the location for anything. Sounds like I'll be moving closer to...
