Visiting from Colorado and this place was recommended by a fellow beer drinker who knows what he’s talking about when it comes to good solid craft beer. First of all Boulder city is a really really cool place to visit especially if you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of Las Vegas. Beer zombies, absolutely over delivered when it comes to great beer, fun, atmosphere, and super cool people. What a super fun community! Beers include pilsners, lagers, hazy IPA, double hazy, cider, margaritas, mojitos and mules. They also have a food truck on the premises with a really fun menu. Lots of outdoor seating, both open and covered as well as beer pong, corn hole, great music, and an overall amazing environment for kids, dogs and families… if you like zombies and beer. I highly recommend beer, zombies, and anytime you’re in Las Vegas make the 30 to 45 minute drive to hang out at a great spot for beer, food and fun. I look forward to coming back soon...
Read moreI walked into Beer Zombie after exploring Boulder City after doing the Best Dam Wine Walk. We went into the cooler outside the bar station to get $2.00 beers. We waited 20 minutes to get to the register to pay, with 2 parties in front of us, and opened our beers prior to paying for them. Granted, we shouldn't have done that, but it was small town vibes and the people around us encouraged us to. The man running the register gave us a long schpiel about losing their license, and we kindly suggested to him that if it was that big of a deal then he should perhaps consider keeping the beer cooler behind the bar. This comment brought out the manager and led to us getting kicked out of the establishment. Had this comment come from a male, and not 2 young women, I imagine the situation would have been different. Do not give your patronage to this location. Very disappointed in this experience as we heard out the female that...
Read moreThis was a great joint to visit while in Boulder City for a couple of hours. I had their Boomstick which is a blonde ale. It was light and refreshing in the 80°+ heat with a small delightful tang in the finish.
Their logo is by far one of the best of any brewery I've been to. I had to stock up on stickers.
Outside they had a local making tacos to serve to guests and they were outstanding. I was informed by the owner that the gentleman sells his salsa at the local farmers and it sells out very quickly. The combo of 3 tacos was $10 which was completely worth it and I wanted like 10 more tacos. They were so good.
I finished off my trip by grabbing a $2 beer of the day out of the cooler and enjoying their lovely, pup friendly patio area.
A gentleman who I assumed was an owner or manager was extremely friendly and social and made me quickly feel like a regular.
Great place, great atmosphere and a great all...
