My sister bought me a citrus pink lipgloss for my birthday. I used it a total of three times before the lip gloss applicator broke and got stuck inside the tube. I was so bummed because I LOVED IT. The pink is a perfect Barbie shade that goes on sheer enough that it will look amazing on anyone. It has the lightest and most refreshing citrus smell. The texture doesn’t feel slimy or tacky- it feels exactly how lipgloss should.

I reached out to my sister to let her know (since she bought it for me) and she forwarded pictures of the broken lipgloss to them.

They told her that this was an ongoing problem they were actively working on to fix.

Less than 2 weeks later, a package arrived with a brand new one.

To summarize: my sister bought me one of their lipglosses that was defective and gifted it to me. When my sister told them I lived out of state, they offered to ship a new one to me, free of charge.

I really believe that is above and beyond for customer service. I would have been happy if they would have given my sister a refund but to send me a replacement definitely turned me into a loyal customer. Support this small business that treats you...

I feel so fortunate to live near Rebecca's. The kind and knowledgable staff (and of course, Rebecca herself) have supported me in so many ways over the years - from pregnancy and the postpartum/nursing period, through various colds, flus, kiddo coughs, through hormonal issues, and even today over the phone when I needed some help with some ongoing respiratory issues. I have used their expert guidance to make my own cough syrups and chest rubs. They have an excellent selection of essential oils, salves, smudge sticks, luscious scented coconut oils, books, tarot and oracle cards, and usually free samples of their delightful teas. There isn't a day that goes by in my home without drinking a cup of one of their tasty tea blends, including Nourishing Tonic (I can't live without this), Root Beer, Sweet Love, etc. Rebecca's is also my go to for gifts for family and friends, and friends/family members who live out of town now order their faves from Rebecca's website. They carry a great inventory of natural products to cure what ails you, to quench what you thirst for, to make the products you actually want to use on yourself, to make things you’d like to share with others, and to help you keep a happy, healthy home.
