CVS — Local services in Bourne

The Pharmacy Manager would not even interact with me. His attitude is disgusting and it feels as though he bullies the other pharmacy staff who are generally nice. I have tried for the past 2 weeks to get a 90 day supply of medication to cover a trip abroad to care for my mother just diagnosed with cancer. At this point there is little time before I leave for my trip and he has refused to call my insurance as they specifically have requested to obtain an override. I will never use this CVS again and would advise others to steer clear of it also. I cannot believe that someone so uncaring and rude would be allowed to manage medications of such importance to others and be unwilling to help those in such desperate situations as I find myself in now.

Most of the staff at the front of the store doing check out are attentive and often check to make sure products being bought have not expired. With that said, there seems to never be someone in charge at the management level within the store and if there is a issue it isn’t handled professional. One Sunday in particular there was a man vacuuming the carpets of the store with about a hundred or so feet of electrical cord laying on the ground in multiple aisle. When approached with this safety issue by a couple of customers he was rude. The staff at this pharmacy are rude, incompetent, and completely apathetic to the health needs of their patients. After getting my 60 day prescription, later that month I noticed I was low on pills and realized they had only given me 30 in a bottle marked 60. Not only did they charge me more than they gave me, but when I got a refill my insurance wouldn’t cover my medication because on record I should still have a month’s worth. I didn’t even bother calling this pharmacy to complain because God knows they never pick up the phone, I transferred pharmacies...
