Nasr Jewelers — Local services in Bourne

I am very disappointed in the customer service I have received from this jeweler. They also sell through an Etsy page which is where I purchased from originally. I'm 100% certain the wrong size was sent to me, my wrist is exactly 5.5" and the bracelet I ordered is a size 6. It's flesh to my skin and can close but it should be able to move. I have a bracelet that I purchased through cape cod jewelers. Originally, I called last week to ask what I should do. Whom ever I spoke to was so nice and understanding and said I could mail my old bracelet with the one I purchased to them and they would match up my old one to a size they have and even polish my old one and send them back to me.

I am only an hour drive away and decided I would drive instead of risk sending my old bracelet in the mail. I never called to see if they were open because their physical website (not Etsy) said they were open Saturday 10-4. I show up and they were closed for several days for a wedding. I was unbelievably upset that I spent the gas and 2 hours driving for NO REASON! I never called to see if they were open because their website said they were. No indication of closure form 10/7-10/11 was posted anywhere on the site. Other couples showed up while I was there expecting them to be open.

I called today to inform them of what happened and the person I spoke to was not understanding, making an excuse for everything like "we don't run the site so that mustve been an error" don't you think you would check the site if you truly requested that it said you were closed?!? He just kept repeating himself even after I said I understand what he's saying. However, gave no care in the world that I did what I did on Saturday. Tried to reassure me that my bracelet wouldn't get lost by sayin gtney don't have issues. Well you don't work for USPS and you cannot guarantee me that a gift that was given to me years ago won't get lost. So basically, all I can do is send back the one that doesn't fit, ask for a bigger size which I fear is not going to fit because the supposed 6" is flesh to my 5.5" wrist. So then I'll have to send it back yet again to get yet another size.

After a long, drawn out search for the perfect ring for my fiancé, I decided to pop-in to Nasr in BBay. Any question or concern he had was addressed with absolute transparency. I decided to go with the Nasr team because of how little pressure I felt and how important they treated this decision I was making. Even after the purchase, we stopped in for a cleaning and adjustment, Simon noticed my niece had a bracelet on that was in rough shape. Without us asking he took it out back and cleaned it up to the point that it looked new for no charge. I will not go anywhere else for any jewelry in my life. I have worked with NASR in Hanover, Plymouth, and Buzzards Bay for custom jewelry and every experience has been great. The customer service is excellent and they listen to you when it comes to customizing pieces. They are also really knowledgeable and I have been appropriately steered away from settings that wouldn’t work for certain stones and configurations. I appreciate the honesty because no one wants their piece of jewelry to break or fall apart. The prices are very fair for the work they do. As a side note I have also purchased an in house wedding band from NASR for my husband and the deal was astronomical. Based on the weight it would have been three times the price at another store.
