HORRIBLE experience. I walked in to get a few things just before closing. I was the last customer of the night. When I walked in, I was rudely told I had three minutes. I already knew what I needed so that wasnt a problem. She screamed at my 40+ year old aunt that she needed an ID. My aunt questioned her asking is that a new rule, when I was the one purchasing. We then got thrown out of the store, the rude woman with the silver jeep grabbed my brown paper bag from my hands and kicked me out of the store. She then yelled and screamed at us for no reason while struggling to unlock the liquor store door. She had locked us in. With Liberty Liquors (which by the way is the best liquor store in the area) just a half a mile away, youd think customer service would be at a premium to keep loyal customers like myself. horrible experience, my boyfriend and I have been going here for years everyday after work and one night i was already in my PJ's and slippers I just came for the ride but obviously I wasn't getting out of the car. We pulled up management the older woman was sitting outside smoking and said" he cant buy anything unless i get out of the car with my ID" he said "we come here everyday shes in shorts and not dressed to get out of the car, you can come to her window and she will give you ID." Management then started yelling saying "i dont think so you guys can just get the hell out of here."(mind you im 25 hes 29) and we come here everyday for years she continues to get aggressive and officially lost our business for good. I beg your pardon? I was extremely upset by the comment submitted regarding THE LADY WITH A JEEP! It seems to me that you know her or worse yet stock her as a customer in a store would need obvious personal information to make such a comment. I am a casual customer and find the weekend crew that she is part of most helpful, with great sense of humor and mostly very professional with their work ethic as these busy cape Cod weekend nites are difficult with the floor traffic yet keep things going smoothly, quickly and with smiles. I had to respond as this girl has made small talk, making me feel most welcome while a line of 6-8 customers are in line.
