Ok, I am not one to ever leave reviews but I would not even give this place 1 star. I made ana appt at 3:15pm..and being it was Christmas day I was just happy to find a place open. I called to say I was running a little late and the woman told me come at 345. Insisting that I pay 80$ upfront for 1 hr massage. Not even a simple "Hello" she puts me in a room, door completely open and told me to take everything off. Thinking I was the only client in the place. Throughout the 1st 10 min o hear ppl speaking, doorbells, etc etc. The woman then says I just do half hr! I said seriously,I already paid for hr upfront. She then says she'll give me 20$ bk....I was blown away. So I ask if she was owner or manager she said No. I said you owe me bk 40$. She said tip was INCLUDED!!!! I was in a car accident yesterday. My fault. Nothing major, but was shaken up and sore. I wandered into the Eastern Foot Spa and asked for a deep tissue massage. My mother is a regular here, so I know they are very good! Two of my sisters have come here as well… Jenny was my massage therapist. I’ve had a lot of injuries in my life, and a lot of massages; many different therapists. This was hands-down the best massage I have ever received in my life. The private room was lovely, Jenny was sweet and professional. She is incredibly strong. The combination of Chinese and American training is amazing. Purchased 2 vouchers through livingsocial for 30 min reflexology with massage, hot stones and sea salt soak. Very disappointed. First thing I'm told is "voucher only good for Mon or Tues". Was not advised of that when i called day before to make appointment and that is not disclosed in fine print when purchasing voucher; no customers when we arrived either but they said yes, no problem, will accept voucher. Medicore massage, stones were warm and no sea salt soak. Then when I go to redeem voucher they wouldn't accept it.
