My name is Gail Nevilas. A few year's ago I made frequent expensive purchases with 3 of the businesses. All were nice. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names. BUT, there's jeweler as you walk in middle door in the front, who is a man and wife. I purchased a solid gold necklace from him and a few month's later I wanted to sell it. The man only wanted to give me 1/4 of the price I'd paid. Left a very very bad taste in my mouth and got mad. I was escorted out by their guard. Will never go back. THEIR LOSS! IN RESPONSE TO OWNER'S REPLY: You still had the bracelet that matched the necklace. The necklace was never worn. And you are a liar if you're claiming that International Jewelers doesn't sell second hand. I purchased a watch there that was (knowingly) second hand, and I purchased earrings from YOU that were obviously second hand. You are a nasty old man with no ethics and need to retire. Last, a friend of mine used my computer and now any reviews I write show up with her name, Sandy Lewkowsky and I don't know how to get it corrected. PS ~ I'm in the market for a new ring. I've visited a couple of the other jewelry exchanges in Boca and Lake Worth, and have found that the one here in Boynton has great prices! Bruce and Jean are a pleasure to work with at Diamonds "N" More. They stand by their products and offer fair prices on the repair work they do. I had a diamond of mine set into a setting from them, and I'm impressed with the service they've provided so far. It's great to see small businesses like this that stand by their products. This jewler was giving me an estimate on some rings. It was man with salt and pepper hair. He gave me bad customer service to me during my interaction with him. The ladies on staff were very nice. But with the man, I think it's the owner, he sounded like he didn't want me to be there. People kept coming up to him and saying hi, then he would continue to speak to them over me the customer he's been with for several minutes. I found him rude and unkind.
