I was ⭐AMAZED !!!⭐ at the number of really precious items ... rings, bracelets, pendants, necklaces, etc ... and the owner "Joseph" was right there working on design pieces, and the ladies helping other customers answering questions ... I had brought 2 necklaces (30 yrs old) that had lost their brightness and luster ... and honestly ⭐WOW !!!⭐ ... it was a completely different "reality" when they brought the two necklaces back to me ... completely looking "brand-new" ... they explained they have "every machine available" to handle all kinds of jewelry ... they actually are manufacturers of jewelry, they design pieces, even "meld" metals from old pieces to "re-construct" a brand new gorgeous piece ... the honesty and authenticity you will enjoy from the owner and the staff (Paula helped me) ... is special and you will truly benefit from bringing your jewelry desires, questions, and concerns to "RENAISANCE GEMS" ... certainly a five-star...

I have had dealings with Joe at Renaissance Gens for many years & trust him absolutely. His work is beautiful and very fairly priced. He custom reset an anniversary ring as well as other things for me, also did some things for my mother’s jewelry. We moved form the Boynton Beach area in Oct 2019 and have not found a jeweler where we now live in Palm Coast. One a recent trip back to Boynotn I took some jewelry that I feared had loose prongs & stones to have Joe check them. He cleaned them, did a inspection and found nothing wrong even after I told him my fears. It had been at least two years since I had seen him and I walked in with a mask on and he immediately recognized me smiled, got up greeted and helped me . Very polite, professional and enjoyable to talk to. I spoke to the owners wife for about 5 or so minutes and I enjoyed our conversation and the assistance she was able to provide for me. I’m not too familiar with jewelry, gems or anything of this sort and I’m entering a world that is unknown to me, she was very professional and understanding with telling me about her products and that her husband and her would be able to work and explain anything needed for what they currently had on display or if I wanted to inquire for any custom jewelry. Truly professional and I plan on doing business with them in the near future. From a standpoint of someone who collects coins and gems for collection sake, I can appreciate the face value of perfect customer service and customer care. Thanks again for your time!
