We were very impressed by this little take out place. A little young dude was taking and filling orders like a Boss. Very impressive. Their food is Fresh, Tasty and in good size portions. Their Large size are really BIG in size, and they give you the white rice to match it. Their orange chicken is very flavorful. The Lo Mein was a bit underwhelming though. My mother put a bit of soy sauce on it and she said it helped. The pepper steak was great, steak was tender and peppers and onions were yummy. Tofu & veggies was good, but I think I prefer tofu a bit crispier. The sweet & sour chicken was perfectly fried and very crispy! The red sauce is soooooo good to dip it in! Veggie soup was very light and perfect for a light healthy meal. Their pork fried rice was great, nice taste, good amount of pork inside too. My favorite item was their veggie spring rolls, soooooooo crispy and the veggies inside were this perfect mix of cabbage and what ever the other veggies they make in the mix to stuff these. They are perfect. Too feed 7 people, 2 of which are kids, our bill was $99, so maybe a tad bit pricy, but what isn’t these days?! And not to mention we did have left overs. We were very impressed by the food, and we would def do take out here again!

I had a very disappointing experience at House of Pang. I ordered food from this restaurant on my lunch break, and unfortunately, the meal was extremely poor in quality — the food was mushy, lacked flavor, and overall tasted unpleasant. Wanting to give them the chance to make it right, I returned to the restaurant to explain the issue and request something else. Instead of being understanding or helpful, the woman who had taken my order earlier was rude and dismissive. Her attitude was unprofessional and made the situation even more frustrating. As a paying customer, I expect at least basic courtesy, especially when I approached the matter respectfully. I work nearby and was hoping to find a good lunch spot, but this experience left a bad impression. Poor customer service combined with subpar food makes it hard to recommend House of Pang to anyone. Hopefully, management takes this feedback seriously and improves both the quality of the food and the professionalism of their staff.

Our regular Chinese takeout restaurant is closed for remodeling, so we decided to try House of Pang based on reviews. A storefront take out restaurant. Tried their combination dinners. They include choice of Wonton Soup, Mixed Soup, Egg Drop Soup or Hot & Sour Soup, Egg Roll and choice of Roast Pork Fried Rice or Steamed Rice, Brown rice or Lo Mein, $1 extra. I tried the Roast Pork Eggplant with Garlic Sauce, red and green peppers and onions in a brown sauce. Supposed to be spicy but it wasn't. Not a lot of flavor. My wife ordered the Cashew Nut Chicken, chicken, cashews, celery, corn and red and green peppers. She thought it was just ok.

Never again! We were treating family we were visiting to Chinese take out and as it turned out, their, and our, favorite place was closed that day. So, they picked another place they hadn't tried that was close and open.

Our food was ready on arrival and for 4 of us it was $108.00. I was thinking, this better be good! Disappointment was in my future.

First thing I noticed after getting the order unpacked was they forgot to include the hot house mustard we ordered. There was also no soy sauce or duck sauce with the order. If those things were self serve they weren't obvious and we received no direction being first time customers. I wish now I hadn't left the generous tip I did.

The food was relatively tasteless. The hot and sour soup was neither hot or sour, it was devoid of any flavor at all. The sweet and sour shrimp was decent. Shrimp were a good size and coating crisp. Sweet and sout pork was a different story as the batter coating was severely undercooked, very light, soft and doughy. The pork egg rolls were decent, I didn't try the shrimp. I really missed the hot mustard on those three items.

The pork egg Foo young was like no other I've ever had both in looks or flavor. Was that confetti? It was very...colorful! The Gravy was very dark brown, very thin and sweet! I got the feeling it was a sauce intended for something else. It wasn't bad, just not what you'd expect with this dish which is supposed to be savory, not sweet!

At this point I didn't even want to try the beef and broccoli and none of us even touched the lo mein, it looked that good.

Four adults, $108.00 worth of food (I use the term loosely), missing items and 2 whole fortune cookies! This dinner was a major fail from start to finish. We're so glad our family didn't try to send leftovers...

So Disappointed! We were having a very small family night on Christmas. Due our exhausting schedules we decided not to cook. Seeing as it was a holiday I went online to order at 1pm in the afternoon for 5.30pm. I completed the order on the online sever they used. Then called again at 4pm just To confirm they had my order and they did and said it would be here at 5pm. At 6pm still no order I called and they said it was on the way. 30 min later and a call back to the restaurant and they claimed the 3 party service they use to deliver stole the food and disappeared. Then basically said there is nothing they could do and I would have to wait 2 more hours. We had planned this all day , didn’t eat much knowing we would have a big dinner and my in-laws came over too! We even offered to pick it up and still refused to try and help us.

My boyfriend and I have over 25 years combined Hospitality / Culinary experience. I rarely ever complain because I know the struggle. But that was obnoxious, they refused to take our calls and even hug up on us. Then called at 8pm to say it was ready. Really?!? I would have been ok with waiting but with a terrible attitude and poor customer service ?!? Makes me sad because so many good restaurants have closed down or will close soon and this place is still open ?

Go somewhere else ! Support a really good ...
