Not going back to the location in Boynton. So I order online for carry out and tip. I get there and there are 4 people there. 3 in the back and 1 answering the phone and my two pizzas were clearly ready as the app said it and I was able to see them. The one answering the phone asks me to wait so I said no problem. She ends the call, and I sit waiting for 2 minutes. Then another person calls her and she prioritizes that person over just getting my food which I could see behind the counter. Another guy comes by and puts a pizza in the heater and I ask can I just get my order. He said he can’t do it the person answering the phone had to do it. The person on the phone finishes and walks to the back. The lady with the glasses now comes in around 10 min after I’ve been standing there and finally gets me my pizza. When I advised her about my wait, she told me she’s not an octopus and can handle duties in the front and the back. I said you don’t have to when you potentially had two people who could have helped but based on what I saw they were not empowered to help me because either you created this process or your corporate office did. Either way this is not the way to make a modern carry out experience. Chipotle let’s you go in and pick it up yourself so you don’t need to bother an associate. Now if you guys are worried about shrink fine, but you cannot create an experience where only 1 specific person can dole out the food when you have others who can simply do it, especially when I’ve already paid. Until I see some common sense leadership or employee empowerment I will take my dollars elsewhere. Read moreBetween my fiancé and myself we have always loved pizza hut’s stuffed crust. The military rd location 100% of the past 5+ times have not given us a good pizza. We always order extra pepperoni and they never provide extra pepperoni. Not once. Tonight, there was literally no pepperoni at all on two of the slices! The others had 2-3 pepperonis. The two stars is only given because I always love the cheese stuffed crust. What caused me to write a review finally is the number of chances we have given them, and this pizza was again incorrect, hard and cold, and somehow DoorDash ended up delivering, which is completely fine. The issue with this part was I was texted at 6:57pm that the pizza was on the way from Pizza Hut, then at 7:19pm was texted from DoorDash (which was odd since I wasn’t aware at the time DoorDash was delivering Pizza Hut) that the pizza was on the way. I watched the DoorDash car sit at the location for another 10 minutes, then started driving. The driver arrived at 7:41pm with a crop top, mask below her nose, and the pizza was not in a bag or anything to suspect it was trying to to stay warm. Read more1st experience absolutely terrible, pizza was disgusting, presentation was horrific. However most importantly the WORST customer service I've ever experienced at a pizza hut. I spend a lot of money with my company at pizza hut and this location in particular is the reason I won't be buying pizza hut anymore. Theres a guy named Kano, TERRIBLE service. Doesn't greet customers, has no people skills absolutely no communication at all. Asked for a receipt he said there is none, I actually started laughing and said you cant be serious right now. A district manager had called me because no one answered the phones when I tried to call back so I wrote to corporate. The district manager named jason told me to go back and there would be a 20 dollar credit when I ordered. I ordered one pizza asked how the credit worked, kano said that's it, your not getting anything else. If you dont use the whole credit it's over with. I spend several hundred dollars with pizza hut for my company, I will no longer be using it due the disrespectful tone, terrible customer service TWICE at this location.
