I organize and run two pilgrimages a year to the Holy Land, usually with 20-30 people, and have for about the past 10 years (minus the Covid years). Fly my group is by far the best provider of air travel for my pilgrimages that I have used-- it is the third one, and no comparison with the others! Efficient, patient, cheerful, and very responsive. They always get back quickly, usually within minutes, as well as being reachable by phone. Imagine having an upcoming overseas trip with 30 people dependent on you, and having your travel agency "go dark", and not respond, for over a week! That happened with another agency. There is never any such anxiety with fly my group. And they are totally patient and understanding if you are a newby, and need some explanation of how things work. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service we have experienced with Fly My Group - and Sara Malecha in particular! Sara has helped us with three group trips and guided us from beginning to end with consummate professionalism as well as warmth and personal care. Directions, deadlines etc. are clearly explained, and individual itinerary diversions readily accommodated within the company's contracted rules. I have been using Fly My Group for airline services for a few years now and am very satisfied with their service. First and foremost, it is not often you find the same level of customer service in each staff member you encounter. Yet, at Fly My Group, that is exactly what you find. I love that throughout the length of a contract, I am kept up to date of time changes and most importantly, on rate changes with other airlines that might be fiscally beneficial to change airlines. Not too happy with the imposed cancellation fee post-Covid should a group have to cancel but it certainly is not a reason I would seek out another provider.
