Gem Gallery — Local services in Bozeman

My now-husband and I worked remotely with Brandon to design a custom wedding band with Yogo sapphires, and are absolutely thrilled with how it turned out! I had bought a pair of Yogo studs at Gem Gallery back in 2022, and was impressed by the experience and the quality of the craftsmanship.

While the other major jewelry stores in Bozeman are also professional and good quality, what I liked the most about the staff at Gem Gallery was their high level of customer service and that their passion for jewelry and gemstones really came through in our interactions. They took the time to show me several Yogo pieces that I clearly wasn't going to buy, but would enjoy seeing simply for how beautiful they were. Brandon was also happy to discuss their gem sourcing and gold prices with me in detail. Remotely working through the questions and input required on a custom design is not easy, but Brandon was very communicative and patient with my questions.

Gem Gallery also took care of us in terms of fitting in a ring appraisal last minute, and even allowing us to ship my husband's wedding band to the shop (made by a different company!), so it would arrive in time and at a safe place for our destination wedding. For any Yogo jewelry we buy in the future, it will 100 percent be from Gem Gallery....

Working with Kristyn in person and long distance has been a wonderful experience! We first met Kristyn on a family trip to Montana in search of a very specific piece to add to my wedding stack for our 15th anniversary. Although the gallery didn’t have what we were looking for in house, Kristyn made it her mission even after our trip was over and we returned back home to Indiana to help us along our journey to make my vision come true and that she did!!! I’m so very excited to get my new ring and to work with her and the Gem Gallery for many years to come! We WILL be back to Montana soon and will come in for more pieces, their gems are gorgeous online but in person they are truly unique and beautiful! Can’t wait to pick out my next piece! The Gem Gallery is a most wonderful and amazing place. I love wandering the store and perusing their beautiful jewelry and especially the vintage pieces that are so unique. Besides purchasing, I’ve had the occasion recently to have repairs done. Whether it was a simple earring wire, to restringing pearls to a very complex repair on a bracelet which required an extensive search to match a sapphire bead, Patty has always given my jobs her undivided attention. All the work to be done was explained in detail and the costs itemized. Patty has always kept me up to date on the progress of a job, even on the more complex jobs which took longer. And, all the employees have been so friendly and accommodating even when they know that I am working with Patty.
