I took three hats in to be resized and shaped almost a month ago and they said it would take approximately a week to do the work. I called several times to get an update and nobody answered or returned my messages. Finally got ahold of someone ten days ago who promised they would be done within a few days. More calls, more voicemails, finally went in today and they hadn’t worked on any of them and had a hard time even finding them so I had to go identify them myself even though each had a note inside with my name.
