1 Star - Poor Communication and Service Quality - PS5 repair only

I had a disappointing experience with PS5 repair service at this location. When I initially dropped off my console, I specifically asked if they could repair motherboard issues, and was assured they could handle it. I notified them it's not the power supply.

The communication throughout the process was extremely poor. I was repeatedly told "I'll call you back in 20 minutes" or "I'll call you in 2 hours," but these callbacks never materialized.

After two weeks, I was informed that the repair could not be completed - despite their initial confidence in handling the motherboard issue. When I retrieved my PS5, it was returned in an unacceptably dirty condition, which was particularly frustrating given that no repair work was actually performed. Also the case is poorly assembled back, since I can visibly see the cables from the PSU outside of the case.

While I understand that some repairs may not be feasible, the lack of follow-through on promised communications and the poor condition of the returned item reflect unprofessional service standards. I would recommend improving customer communication and ensuring items are returned clean, regardless of repair outcome.

I am saddened when I see the reviews and the results that I had to contend with..$250 for Samsung s6 screen and it breaks 2 months later..Just black..Take it back thinking still should be warranty..Man was I stupid to think an outfit.like that would honor warranty.. After twiddling to an hr saying checking connections..Oh look we found this hairline crack on the inside of the screen..I hold it to try this see and behold it grows... And I am asking how did it get there.. no damage to screen or anything..You open it and now u tell me it is broken on inside.. how did I break it when I brought it to you..And a scripted cover-up answer...Oh it could be anything like pressure or something.. And I am like let's take a hammer and see if you can recreate it.. I knew it was useless..What proof do I have..But really sad ..I hope they pay for their lies and...

I broke my phone at work and I rush to get it fix when I got to the Braintree mall i rush into sprint thinking I was going to get my phone replace with no problem they wanted to charge me 300 to 375 for a new phone and I have. Insurance with them. So I said no way then I went to the Apple Store who I've use before they was too busy and couldn't take them i stumble apon appcessories electronics who promise they do great work at a good price and have it done in 30 min so I took a chance with them when I came back in 25 min my phone was done and great work just like the Apple Store I recommend them if you need your phone fix at a good price and good quality they located in...
