I Love Milkshakes — Restaurant in Braintree

So let me start by saying, that I liveeeee for their Brazilian Original. It's the best Acia I have had in the area. This issue I have is consistently and customer service. The place is staffed by young people making drinks that cost more then they make an hour, yet they don't see the value in taking their time to produce a quality product.

I'm highly annoyed becuase I spent 60 bucks plus tip on 4 of them and they were horribly made. The manager took the side of the employee and tried to explain to me she made them correctly which was annoying becuase I buy them so frequently there is a clear distinction between when they are made correctly and when they are thrown together.

The worst part was the young man who breezed in off his break trying to insert himself in the conversation I was having with the manager assuring me that they were done correctly. And I had to ask him repeatedly to stay out of it. Yet the manager justified him speaking up saying "he has worked here the longest". Well, considering he didn't even wash his hands after he returned and the manager didnt seem to notice/care, I knew I was wasting my time. And if my husband wasn't absolutely obsessed, I would have just asked for my money back.

Horrible customer service and severely lacking consistently between staff. Unacceptable given the cost of them - $15 for a large. I would rather pay $20 and know it's going to be the same...

They have a small kiosk inside the mall. I have been drinking their Nutella milkshake, regularly, for over a year (I used the get the large, my wife the medium sized ones).

Unfortunately the entire large serving fits completely inside their medium size cup. When I shared that information with them, they were extremely professional and handled it with respect.

Even though They rarely serve up to the edge of the cup (where the 4oz difference between the two sizes could exist or barely be noticed), they were kind enough to demonstrate the volume difference (if the content is brought to the edge, in fact there is a volume difference).
