If you're getting tires installed youHad four new tires installed Saturday after black Friday. Worse mistake ever should have listened to people who tried tell me not too. I was told the it would be about an hour and a half. Periodically i came out of the waiting room after the hour and a half to get an update I was told it wouldn't be much longer. I continued coming out to ask Sam but everytime he would go to check he'd disappear only to find out that he was smoking outside. Finnally caught up with him after being there for hours he told me that it was only be about forty minutes more they were installing the tmps sensors less than ten minutes later Sam told me mu truck was ready?. I says to him that he told me it would be 40 minutes. I was aggravated by this time and if the tmps sensors were installed properly he told me that he assumed they were and demanded he checked. Day after installation the low air light came on I checked the tires pressure they were fine did a reset the light was back on the next day. I returned and spoke with Tim Medford the manager told him the problem. Had my truck checked out and said it was the tmps sensors most likely the battery. Which was supposed to have been done on installation. Then he tried to make it seem as if I was going to be the one to get it done. He (Tim) realizing I wasn't going to be the one after our conversation and ordered the parts. Came back had them installed not even half way home light comes on again called and spoke with Greg said to come back and they would resolve the problem. Back again spoke with Bob and i must say the guy needs training in customer service and an attitude check. He had the truck checked out must have been 15 or 20 minutes later called me and said you're not going to believe what it was. My wife and I returned to the tire center he said it was just one of tires was over by two pounds. Only got about 9 miles from the mall and the light comes on again now waiting for a call from Greg who seems to be the only one that knows what he's doing and I'm hoping he'll...
Read moreLike many I have had many horrible experiences at sears. I am not sure why I returned many times. My family bought a Toaster oven from sears. we place the insurance on it. When something went wrong with the toaster we went to sears for a replacement as the insurance promise. we were told that the system is not showing that we purchase insurance with the toaster. we neglected to come with the proof of the insurance. When we tried to explain how the situation was unacceptable we were asked to leave the store as we were making a scene. I guess when they gave us the news we should have said "Oh, Okay". So we went home and bought the proof of purchase that had disappeared from their system. They did not even bother to apologize for the inconvenience. Even with that they refused to honor what the receipt says. That should have been where i drew the line. Well i didn't, (stupid mistake)so i went back and I bought a pair of Dockers slacks for my husband. Since I Don't have a sears location close to my house i waited a little bit to return the item/exchange the item. When they did not have the item in the store i decided to return it. I was told that sears has a 30 day policy and that I would not be receiving a refund nor store credit. When I asked the "Manager" if Shopping at sears was a huge risk and waste of Money she answered "yes it is" . I guest that explains why many sears stores are closing. People shop elsewhere! unless you are a Land's End shopper. Those don't fall under the "policy". The sad part about this situation is how this manager happily gave me a phone number to call the "policy makers" who repeated the same thing to me. They didn't care about what was going on. They were happy to say its too bad and yes you lost your money. Shop at sears at...
Read moreWell to start off with they have ok deals for memorial day weekend. That's why I was there to buy a washer and dryer. I spoke to a great sales person named Colin Ross who was very Helpful and Informational and went Above and Beyond (now that's costomer service) his way to help me and my family look into a washer and dryer we were going to purchase BUT the sad reality is We decided not to buy from Sears due to the Manager name NICK who was rude to me and when the sales person called him over he did not respond and was dismissive towards the employee and me the costomer. And when I did get the manager he was not trying to listen to the customer or my request. Hell he did not even look into the dryer I was speaking about. The issue was that they had a dryer on display which was floor model that was the last one in stock and was in ok shape and he(the manager) wanted me to pay full price. He did not try to see if something could be worked out. Other then telling me he cant do no deals because it can cost him his job Hmm and the whole time we spoke his tone of voice was loud he came off as if he was up set and then told me that maybe 2 to 3 years ago things was done differently I then told him I am also a former employee of Sears and last I check things are done a little different . In my experience I can tell you something could have if he did his job correctly and his costomer service was better I would have purchased both washer and dryer with no issues but the experience made me go else where and made me wonder how they stay...
