My Gf and I went here after a few other stores , keep in mind neither of us knew exactly what we wanted... Î was getting mine as a birthday present and hers were for work.. Which she made very clear to the sales Rep(he said if worn gently to work for a day or so then no problem).... Long story short ...she was assured if the shoes she picked (air max) were not acceptable even after a day of use (reasonable use) we could return them with no issues... After wearing them it was a no go ...not only did her work want something different(not that that should matter) they were falling apart and at almost every seam and size after a day of wear was way too big... So here's where the problem really started.. We walked in a few days after purchase and the manager refused to DO ANYTHING! And I MEAN ANYTHING! We wanted our money back but at that point we would have worked w him.... We explained how she was pretty much rushed and in the end felt like she was "sold a pair" instead of bought a pair she was happy with .. .. In the end the manager basically said we had to foot the loss because he wasn't going to. $%$% NOW HERES WHY THEYRE SUCH A SMALL STORE ... So we went to another shoe store ( champs? Footlocker?) Rather not say.... And explained what happened at expressions... The without hesitation took the sh1tbags low quality mistake of a sale and said I'll give u store credit go get your girlfriends work shoes...now those employees are champions! Looking back... Even though I am happy with my air force... The experience was not great at all .. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT EXPRESSIONS EVER..AND WILL ALWAYS recommend...

I've bought at least 10 pairs over the years as I'm 5'10" and I like the fit of the tall pants. Today, I brought 2 pairs in telling them that the hem has been falling out at the ankle. This had happened to another pair as well that I didn't bring in. The associate said that she's heard that from multiple people. She asked a manager to come over and the manager said she couldn't do anything because the return period was 30 days. I even called the customer service number. She said that because I ordered the pants in January, there was nothing she could do. I explained that I don't wear pants in the spring and summer. I'm almost exclusively dresses. And I only have to dress up to go into the office twice per week. So in all likelihood, I had only worn the pants about 10 times. The hem shouldn't be falling out on a pair of $80 pants! And this is especially concerning that the associate said I'm not the first one who has had this concern. Their way to remedy the situation was to give me a $10 credit. I'm really surprised they're not willing to stand by the quality of their product and send me a new pair. I offered to send pictures and asked that they replace just one pair.
