I hate to have to write this review. We purchased a brand new Star electric cart in 2021 from this location. The one we wanted unfortunately sold before we had a chance to come back and pay for it, so they had to order one for us. This was during Covid so the delivery times were long from Star. It ended up being about 5 months from the time we PAID CASH ($13,000) for this cart and when it was delivered. When it was delivered, and during the purchase process, we were asked if we wanted traditional batteries or lithium. We got quotes on both and were assured that traditional battery life was about 5 years or more. So we went with traditional. We were not once told they needed to be serviced, or water needed to be added, or was it explained to us they required ANY kind of upkeep. This was our first golf cart so we had no idea. We have drove this cart minimally. It would go weeks, at time a month or two without being driven. Recently the batteries started not to hold a charge. I called in to All Pro to see what their process was to get it looked at. I spoke to a nice lady at the Lawrenceville location who looked at our file and said we have lithium batteries. I said no, I don’t believe so, we didn’t purchase lithium batteries and she said her file said that’s what we had. I went and looked at sure enough they aren’t. So she said have you been adding water annd doing proper maintenance and I said no, we were never told we had to do anything like that? They came and picked up our cart and now they are telling us the batteries are so dry they’re ruined and we need new batteries to the tune of over $1700. This is absolutely ridiculous. How do you sell a golf cart to people who have never owned one and never once mention we need to take very specific steps to ensure the batteries last. When we brought this up to Ken he told my husband that batteries can last as little as a year. In a brand new $13,000 golf cart? Funny how we were not told that when being sold the cart. We were told 5+ years. But the lack of anyone at any point during this sale explaining to us how to service our cart is a complete and total drop of the ball. Especially to customers who paid cash for a brand new expensive golf cart. We are sorely disappointed in how this all went down. I’m attaching Ken’s response to show how flippant they can be in customer service and customer care. Buyer beware if you purchase from this location. Make sure to do plenty of research on your own and don’t assume your salesperson or anyone at this company cares beyond making a sale. ****Also adding since someone else wanted to chime in on my review. I’m giving a 1 star due to the lack of customer service and care from this dealership. We DID read the owners manual which specifically says water should be added to “flooded batteries IF APPLICABLE.” We assumed it was not applicable for us since it was never mentioned in the conversation we had during the sale that traditional batteries are also known as “flooded batteries.” Ken is beyond rude. He wouldn’t even reply to my email, my husband had to reach out after Ken never responded and then he replied to him. Which was strike one. He also called us cheap in response to a review on Facebook. Yet we spent $13,000 cash with his company. We never asked for free battery replacement. My initial email asked why basic upkeep was never explained to us (as their own lady over the phone said it should have been!) and during the sales process we had explained we had no idea about golf cart upkeep. I also asked are there any other options than spending $1700. My review is due to how horribly we were treated by Ken. So buyer beware, they don’t take accountability or feedback well at all. And they don’t seem to care much other than making a sale. Also, the guy in the other review can mind his own business…

I originally went to another golf cart place that told me over email they had the model I was looking for in stock. I even had my husband leave work early so we could check it out together. When we got there, they told us it wasn’t actually available. When I asked if there was any chance of having one by the weekend, they made it clear that wasn’t going to happen. They even called another one of their stores and said it would be at least another week. None of that was communicated ahead of time, which was really frustrating.

That’s when I decided to stop by All Pro Golf Carts. I had seen some mixed reviews online, but I figured I’d give it a shot — and I’m really glad I did. Everyone there was friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. They found the exact cart I wanted and had it delivered to me the next day. Actually, they said they would probably deliver on Thursday but called me and said they can come today which was Wednesday. They did me a solid as I needed it for the weekend and wanted to drive it a bit before. On top of that, it ended up being about $1,000 less than what the other place quoted me for the same model. Total opposite experience from the first place. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for...

I wasn't treated with respect on the phone. They told me that they would deliver our cart between a certain window of time and they didn't. I called and they gave me a second window of time for delivery and failed to deliver it once again. After waiting at home all day for the delivery, I called a third time and they told me that what I was saying was a lie. They said they had never scheduled a delivery or told me or even gave me time frames for delivery. They actually lied about what I had asked them on the phone. They were highly disrespectful to me on the phone. They told me several times that what I was saying was a lie. The only reason I gave them one star is because Ken did a good job of helping us select a golf cart. I feel strongly that I deserve an apology for the horrible way I was treated, but I'm not holding my breath. If you are looking for great service and a company who will treat you with respect, I HIGHLY recommend Lanier Golf and Outdoors in Oakwood. They are delivering my new cart today! I appreciate the way I was and am being treated at Lanier Golf...
