Nelson the owner is probably one of the nicest guys on the planet . Fast service and top notch quality. Soldered wires unlike best buy and big box installations. They installed and programmed a Maestro RR as well and it all works perfect. The waiting room is very comfortable and they even keep a fridge stocked with drinks for you while you wait. Their prices on labor are rock bottom compared to other shops and better quality for sure. These guys know what they are doing and i wont trust anyone else with my car . The also have extensive knowledge on products that are out and coming out. I just cant say enough good about this place. Tried to get a head unit installed. Got a response "If it's not a name brand we won't do it". Yep, good luck with that. Moving on to a better shop. Literally the most popular and common head unit installed in a 4Runner (the T9 or T10). Nothing but a plug-n-play install. Didn't even give me the time of day when I called. Forget that.

EDIT: Already found a "reputable" shop that will install it. They are just so overbooked I was trying to get in quicker. They have installed stereos for me in vehicles for over 20 years now. And have never had an issue with any of their work in those two decades. You could have at least GLANCED at the product. Good luck in the future, just trying to warn other consumers to not even bother...

Used them for 3 installs. After 3 years had electrical issues in dash. Dealer opened up the dash and had numerous missing screws and broken parts. Wires rubbing together with visible damage. I made the trip to them because they said they would check it out. Waste 4 hours of my time by telling me they apologize for their lazy installer they had around the time they did my work but their install is not the reason for my electrical issue, this is without even looking at the truck. Over $1000 fix. My business or my referrals are not good here. I drive over an hour to this place because I trusted them with my vehicles....
